Hi everyone! I’ve been having some issues with my apartment since summer. I left Korea to visit my family and when I came back, there was mold everywhere, specifically on one part of the wallpaper. I called the landlord and he told me it’s nothing, gave me dehumidifier and left. The mold kept spreading and I noticed it’s because the wallpaper was constantly wet due to a leak. On top of that, I noticed a wet spots on a different wall. I called the landlord and he said he’d take a look at the leak. He didn’t say a thing about the mold so I asked and he said I can do whatever I want but he’s not gonna change it (so if I want, I can leave it be or I can change the wallpaper by myself). Couple days pass by and he comes saying he’ll change the wallpaper. What he did tho is that he put even uglier wallpaper over the parts where it was leaking/wet and left. He did not fix the leak. I’ve been living here for 2 and half years and my landlord and I have good relationship (he sometimes buys me food or brings me stuff lol). My question is: 1. Is this enough of reason to end my contract early without losing my deposit/paying the rest of the rent? In another words, if I want to move out, do I have to find someone else to move in instead of me given all of the issues? 2. How do I end my lease early? Do I find a place first and notify the landlord and 부동산 or do I do that at the same time? 3. Any advice how to go about this?

Brooo i know this is dumb af but i looked it up online and all thats coming up is talking about some washing my raw chicken w dish soap which i would never do cause ew Anyway I just bought this big pack of chicken and I was washing it and the bowl was in my sink and I went to wash my hands in the other sink and when I went to you know, turn the faucet off some of the soapy water (a small bit but enough for me to be like wtffft) got in the bowl the chicken was in. I thoroughly washed the chicken obviously and all that afterwards mad af cause like i said this stuff is to much money for me to be just throwing it out but should I even bother still making it or cooking it I'm just trying to ask cause this chicken was expensive af

 | Bought it on a whim as it seemed pretty cheap. I usually just sous vide my steaks but I understand that isn’t recommended for these. Any suggestions for how best to enjoy this? I’ve got an oven, a gas stove, a cast iron pan and a quick read meat thermometer. I was supposed to be re-learning Simple Bin Count. Me and several others did the day 1 training two days ago. We were supposed to do the day 2 training yesterday but it got postponed to tonight. We spent over an hour at the beginning of the shift at the learning center area waiting and waiting for someone to teach us the training.
This other lady told us she was gonna teach us the training which makes me happy so I don’t have to pick. But then a minute later she told us that the day 2 count training has basically been cancelled so probably for the foreseeable future I have to do boring, lame ass Picking, especially during these 12 Peak shifts. What a huge disappointment and everyone was feeling disappointed just like me.😔
