The podcast “America’s Girls” highlights how there was more diversity in the 70s and 80s than now…hopefully it will get better. I’m tired of seeing truly talented girls with the “look” and skills being passed over for favoritism and whiteness.
(Ex. Anna Kate making it last season over a lot of girls who were cut…but nepotism and “look” but comparatively skills were questionable)

Hi! As stated in the title this is going to be a christmas gift for my boyfriend so I would need it to be shipped to a New York, USA address at a date where it would arrive no later than Dec 24th. I'm very open to discussing price, I know time is money!
As for what I'm looking for, I would prefer a physical sketch but if you can do a digital version that holds the same vibe and I like your style then I can do that as well. I would prefer black and white but if you want to add a small bit of color i'm okay with that or if you truly think it would look better that way I trust your judgement. I don't have any reference photos of any specific style unfortunately, possibly more realism but I guess if yours speaks to me I'm all for it! For the picture itself this would be of a couple in a mildly specific pose; a girl at the foot of a bed reaching down and having her hand on the boys face, he is sitting on the ground at the same edge of the bed. That is the main thing I want captured but the rest about the posing is up to you. The background doesn't matter to me too much there can be detail or the bed can trail off into nothingness I'll leave that up to you as well. As for the people the faces are particular obviously so I can send reference photos for that once someone is hired. Thanks!

Hey all, I need you to help me out with a dating situation that I am very confused about. I think it comes down to cultural differences and want to know what you think. I’ll try to keep things short, me and a woman who is originally from Brazil met on a dating app a couple months ago. We’re seeing each other about twice a week and it seems like it’s going good. We kiss and get intimate and she introduces me to her family a few times. I asked her if she wanted to be my girlfriend and she said “baby steps”. A few days later she says that she can see that I’m ready for something that she’s not ready for and that she doesn’t want to do something that’s unfair with me. She said that she needs time alone and we haven’t talked since then, it’s been about two weeks.
Doing more research here and reading about the difference between dating vs staying is making me feel really dumb. Do you think she was just trying to stay with me and I misinterpreted it as her wanting to date me? I think meeting her family really threw me off, is it normal to introduce someone you’re staying with to your family? Is it normal for people who are just staying to text each other good morning and good night every day? These are the answers I need for my sanity lmao
Also, if this is the case do you think I should reach out to her to apologize for misunderstanding the cultural differences for dating? I’d like to keep seeing her but I’m thinking that I fumbled the bag here. Let me know what you think, and thank you!
