So i received my job offer for the Private Wealth Advisor associate I had been interviewing for..
A little background:
Current role in sales (plastics manufacturing) grossing about 85-90k and could probably go to a competitor and increase that substantially.
I love the financial planning industry and is what I set out to do when I graduated college with accounting and finance degrees.
Came across a unique opportunity at a large regional bank (top 30 bank in US) to be an associate wealth advisor. It just so happens to be that I’d be an associate under one of the top producers in the company. With that being said, the job is unique in the fact that he is handing over a portion of smaller clients to kick start my book of business. In addition I get a very small portion of his recurring revenue as well.
The offer breaks down as follows:

This brings the total comp to a PROJECTED $85-90k right in line with my current salary.
Of course the first 3-4 months would be base only while I get my series 7, 66 and state health and life licensing.
MY PLAN:

I am being crazy unreasonable by asking for this? Is my original offer good?
25M with a wife, a mortgage, and soon to have kids.

so I have this pattern of meeting guys, as friends, and they fall for me. I have this real problem that I'm icked out by someone liking me and showing vulnerability (I know it's weird and some attachment issues shit and I'm working on it!!). anyways we usually take some sort of break and in that time, my brain concucts a perfect image of them in my head and I can't stop myself from dreaming of them. I hype myself up and thank god that I do actually experience romantic attraction. and when we see each other again these feelings immediately disappear. it's so frustrating and saddening. I wonder if it's attachment issues, being icked out by vulnerability because I was bullied for it, always picking guys that are similar to me (usually autistic) and then being disgusted by them showing traits I was bullied for. somehow I can't stomach romantically being on an equal level than them - they're far away and I idolise them or I dislike them and nearly feel better than them. idk. any ideas?

I’m not looking for a diagnosis, only your opinion if this looks like pediatric mastocytosis.
My 5 year old has been getting this weird rash for over 15 months now. We call them her “spots.” Some times they are raised like hives and very itchy, some times they are just spots on her skin. The only thing that seems to help is some antihistamines which, of course, relieves it when it’s itchy. Her body tends to “reset” when she goes to sleep.
The spots started off in her lower back and has progressively spread to new locations throughout her body (back of the legs, front of the legs, back of the arms, front of the arms, feet, hands, cheeks, and around her ears). It doesn’t seem to bother her unless they are itchy on her feet and hands.
We have had environmental and food allergies tested, all negative. Blood work came back normal. We have a dermatologist appointment set up.
Does this sound like or look like your experiences, especially with kids?

I drive a 1993 Civic hatchback, I love it to death, however, the EM2 was always on my wishlist on cars I wanna drive just to see if it’s actually as “bad” as enthusiasts want people to believe, and no, I was pleasantly surprised, although, the gear shifter wasn’t amazing feeling, and the front end doesn’t communicate much to the driver on the limit of grip, the rear end on these cars feels GREAT, even stock, I was shocked just how good the rear end felt, I only drove this car around a little twisty pass road, and not for super long, but I wanna know if I was just imagining it feeling good, or if you all actually have similar experiences, I ask this because I have a friend interested in one for a first project car. And I recall it feeling good, for stock.

The Lord of the Rings volumes, Mistborn 1-3, The Bill Hodges trilogy, the first two Star Wars trilogies, The OG Matrix trilogy, The Jason Bourne film trilogy, the Hunger Games books, Pirates of the Caribbean 1-3, The Dark Knight Trilogy. All of these works are (or were at one point, planned to be) trilogies, all of which have installments which are roughly equal in length, and all of which have a clear beginning, middle, and end.
However, I find myself confused by this; seeing as the second act of a three-act structure is 50%, and if every installment is an act, wouldn't it be normalized to have one installment in the series be much longer than the others? For instance, the Extended Return of the King film is so long it feels like both the second half of act two, and all of act three. The final two Hunger Games films adapt just one book that is roughly the same size as the others; but it doesn't feel rushed, again, being so long it feels like the second half of act two and all of act three. Likewise, the Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn series' first two books are equivalent in length, but it's third (and, planned as final) installment is roughly the size of books 1 and 2 combined. But these are exceptions to the rule. It seems like most writers prefer to have the installments of their trilogies be equivalent in length. My question is, why?

So I (20f) don’t know if this is the best place for this but I’m looking for ways to stay warm this winter. I don’t have very much money and I live in my grandmothers garage (please don’t judge me) it’s quite cold these days even with bundling up a bunch and I worry for my cat who lives with me. The garage only has one outlet and it’s already being used for a fridge so that rules out a space heater as I was told they can only be plugged into a outlet by themselves. I’m just looking for tips to maybe warm the garage up some seeing as it’s not even December yet and I can see my breath in here constantly. Any help is appreciated thank you
