 | I've been wanting to build a SFF PC for ages. (Old Mid Tower died a slow and dust-filled death) but haven't found a time/motivation to start. I recently discovered the aethetic+engineering greateness that is the FromD T1. I did find FormD's specs, that show the varying CPU cooler space for different CPUs. I'm not sure whether that's a Calibre, a Kobo, or a me-issue. (Probably the later)
Current situation
I have a Synology NAS running a calibre-web docker container that I can access on <192.168...>:8083. I can sync my Kobo by setting up the endpoint API to http://192.168...:8083/...
Everything works as is
What I want
- Access it with my domain name:
calibre.whatever.com - Access it over TLS
- Set up 2 reverse proxy on my NAS to forward http & https request to
calibre.whatever.comto the IP - Set up the cert in the calibre-web interface
- It works on my computer, I can access the calibre server on https with a valid cert
- It doesn't work on my calibre, whether the API endpoint is the IP, the domain name, http, https, ...
What could help
- Your personal experience with it or bright ideas
- I could fiddle with the calibre-web docker to connect on CLI & change some settings, but I didnt find any apache2, nginx utilities that runs the webserver. I'm not familiar with docker.

I finally was able to finish reading a book for the first time in three years. LC made it difficult for me to concentrate and my mind would always wAnder. But this week, I went to the book store & saw an author whose audio books I've enjoyed and decided I was going to try it.
The book couldn't have been more perfect. I am going to attempt another book this week, probably the same author. I have never told anyone besides my shrink that I wasn't able to read anymore, or that it felt like a loss. Of course, I can read my phone & scroll til the end of time.
But I want to be able to do the seemingly easy & simple things again. I am not cured by any measure in terms of symptoms & disease. But it feels like I just climbed a mountain.

fyi, im a 16yo living w my mom. And recently, I just feel like I've had enough when I feel like she purposely 'killed'? my pet
so backtrack to last night, where we had this stupid argument over a plate. i came back from some volunteer thing so I cooked the rice in the rice cooker and cooked some vegs. its like a custom for us to split stuff, like ill cook the rice and 1/2 of the vegs. and she'll do the other half. so after eating, i went to answer my friends call since she kept on spamming me w it, and it was something p serious about her family too so i stayed w her since she like rly needed company, and i told my mom i would wash the dishes and keep them later. but when i came back from the call she kept ALL the dishes except mine. and like i was obv kinda pissed cause from young she'll tell me no matter what i needed to take into account for everyone, (like if you were going to take a spoon, you better make sure everyone has a spoon like make sure everyone gets a spoon if youre going to set the table etc)
idk how to explain but you needed to think about everyone else. but then i saw my plate on the table and i was obv pissed cause why did she take her stuff except mine. (and yes i told her i finished eating). then i told her why would she not keep my stuff too and she said its my duty and like ???? maybe im just overreacting but she was being a really fat hypocrite and maybe it was my fault maybe it was the hormones idk!!!!
but anyways she started yelling at me and then she started pulling my hair and shaking it, its like grabbing someones shoulders and swinging it all over the place and (yes i lost quite some hair) but shes done this to me since a kid so now my hair is much more pain resistant. like basically i could look up she was just pulling my hair and swinigng it and yelling. then she started biting and scratching me and screaming and i was like okaayyyyyyy o.o like i was chill-ish like not mad mad just a bit pissed with her not keeping the plates, but like her outburst was so ? like chill i didnt do sh i didnt say sh too i was like "yo why did you not keep my plates too" and tadatada (obv said in chinese) we started fighting with her saying that这是我的责任 ( my duty) and that i was staying at her house (= her property) and she paid for it and if i didnt like this i should leave and then i got kicked out in my pjs. i live in a condo so obv i didnt want to cause a scene so ya... i took awalk downstairs for 5 hours (till 1am ish) before i went upstairs. (our door was passcode locked so yea) when i came back all my devices were confiscated (im currently on my pld rn as she believes blocksi is still here (bless blocksi))

”why didnt you call the police?" i did once......when i was 8.......... and i did mention that my father and mom would side eo. (and when i called the police as a 8yo, i was living somewhere else btw) and my neighbours were questioned too but i was seriously misbehaving then since i used the ipad without her permission (and then as a kid i wasnt as tech savvy so i tried lying my way out but badamtiss... guess where that got me) but yea they just ruled that out as family dispute and told us to not cause a scene at night (It was like 11-12pm then)
back to the story!!
(little backstory) so last week i got a really cute hamster with my pocket money. I got its cage wheel food drink dispenser blablabla. So yesterday I just cleaned its cage. and this morning, i saw its cage in the middle of the fucking sun. it was around 2pm when i woke up and when i saw the sun in the cage i was so scared. i told my mother before that hamsters couldnt stand high temps like in the sun or they'll die. like i told her about it when i first started having the little guy since i researched a ton on hamsters. and guess what. the hamster is DEAD (shocker! i know right?)
im pretty pissed and like sad and i took a pic to my mom with the hamster cage in the sun. and like she replied to me saying " oh the cage was smelly so i took it out to the sun " ????????? hello i just washed the cage yesterday hello?????? like even if it was unintentional, its MY money. I bought her with MY money and thats my pet. if she was smelly still, you COULDVE told me. I told her "you couldve told me" but she was like oh you were sleeping i tried to wake you up but you didnt wakeup" (most likely didnt even try to wake me up like im a light sleeper ok. if you call my name ID WAKE UP.)
idk if its abusive atp but im still prett pissed at her for my pet tehe!!!! im just majorly pissed rn and my plans for the future is cutting off contact in the future haha no elder care no contact (provided i become rich in the future like bill gates)

- i think she has a major ed since she tried starving herself by not eating for days and surviving on a few strands of purple cabbage while i ate full full meals like she would go out of her way t give me steak on these starving occasions. like sure idm good food tehe! but then she would start comparing our weights like hello。。。。。。。。i might be a 13 year old but that is hella weird
- lying about stuff / gaslighting? okay so my grades r pretty shit right. (im in ip) but she said if i got an A each subj, i would get 100. And wow!!! 100 :ooooo i went all in and kadaboom!!! guess what baby i got not one but 2As!!! (one scrapped all the way from an C but YESS!!!) i was pretty proud of myself and when i showed my mom my report card and asked about the 100, she was like "i didnt say anything about giving you money" and BOY WAS I PISSED!!! hello!!!! my 100 cash ngngj4ngjnginrfernwfj but yeah im 200 dollars poorer to this date
- beaten. okay this is fairly common in asian households but as a kid i would get beaten over my ipad. (for using the ipad when shes not at home) and then as a 8 year old i was pretty stupid and got caught everytime so she would use the plastic hanger and beat me till the hangers broke. once she threw a PLATE at me. (i was 9 aka p3 then) and it caused a wound on my neck (pretty noticeable) (again due to the ipad LOL, sorry i loved cooking fever as a kid) and my most hated teacher pulled me aside during morning assembly and asked me what happened and i thought i was in trouble so i started crying bc i was embarrassed （not sure for what though) and then i told her i "was naughty" (literally what i said) and she let me off
- my dad choked me till i passed out since i didnt want to go to botanic gardens to eat brunch with them and my mom filmed it and posted it on her weixin 朋友圈 and sent it to my relatives haha another memorable thing (safe to say im not having a choking kink as i grow older...heh....)
- made me kneel in front of the house (and the communal elevator) (HDB, old house) this time because i came home late from the playground (yes i had a watch， iwas 7 minutes late) and she locked me out till 11pm and made me kneel there till then tehe at least im punctual now
- once as a kid i knocked over her phone when she was cooking and she put my arm in the close to boiling idk i cant remember pot of something she was cooking!!! and zoo woo mama i have a mega ultra burn now tehe - theres even more!!! but my fingers are getting tired paha
dear mother thank you for making me much more resistant to hair pulling pain ear pulling main and biting pain and safe to say i would NOT be having any
