Oi, nos últimos 3 meses estive me deparando com os seguintes erros de tela azul no Windows 11: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL e KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED que aconteceram ao todo 4 vezes, ambos tiveram como drive responsável o "ntoskrnl.exe", todos os erros aconteceram quando ou após eu realizar atividades que consumiam muita ram, como ter 200+ abas no navegador Opera (após eu trocar pelo Brave não tive mais esse problema) e hoje 1 hora depois deu fechar o Minecraft que estava jogando com o Modpack All the Mods 9 com uns amigos e deixar o pc na area de trabalho sem nada aberto, voltar e começar a usar o discord aconteceu de novo. Procurei por toda internet como resolver esse problema, não sei se é alguma peça dando defeito ou um driver com problema, porfavor queria ajuda.
Configurações: Ryzen 4600G 2x8gb ram - 2666mhz *overclock pra 3200mhz e outra 3200mhz normal
Também tenho um driver indesejado no meu computador, tive que usar o ssd dele em um notebook quando viajei uma vez e o windows update instalou um driver da intel do notebook no sdd do computador, eu tentei tirar de toda forma mas ele continua voltando nos updates

Me and my bf have been together for about a year. We are rarely sexually intimate and we're both content with that, but when we are active it's usually only him that finishes, and im left kinda waiting for my turn, which never arrives.
This makes me feel kinda,, disappointed or let down and when it happens im usually in tears( I don't know why, i literally cant help it). I just want to feel good too! When we talk about it he says hes scared to disappoint me because we have tried a few times just rubbing with his fingers (not inserting) and its very hard for me to get off that way, so he kind of got bad self esteem because we've had to stop on multiple occasions and i'd "finish the job".
I've suggested some ways he could pleasure me and have communicated multiple times how this makes me feel. I think communication is super important so i tell him exactly everything. I also experiment alot on what he likes, but he never experiments on me if that makes sense. I've told him multiple times if i get uncomfortable with anything that i'd tell him and i've given him full power to just discover and experiment, but nothing ever happens.
I don't want to break up with him because of this, I just want some suggestions on how to get him to atleast try, because its a very unbalanced level of reciprocation and I get very sad and frustrated about it.
So what can I do about this? I don't really know what more i could tell him. Or am I in the wrong for this? I don't want to force him to do something he doesn't want to.

I am going back to school starting January, yay me!, and currently working 40hr work weeks. Since my schooling will be full time and in person, I am looking to reduce my schedule to flex since all of the other schedule options will interfere with my current work schedule. I thought that wouldn’t an issue since they’re paying for my school and I’ve seen others get accommodated for it, but here’s where I’m running into the issue.
My manager told me it would be best to call the ERC number and tell them my situation and to change shifts to flex. I called and told the HR representative, and he told me there are “no available flex schedules”. And that I was unable to have this schedule. I’ve seen others change to flex for school, but not me? Is there any other work around. All of this is adding a lot of stress when I should be excited :(
