Based in Ontario, I need some advice regarding a situation with Cash 4 U. I was fully up to date with my payments, but they didn’t withdraw on the agreed date of Oct 22nd, even though I sent them multiple email reminders To withdraw funds.
They then responded to October 25th but they didn’t withdraw it until October 29th. I’m a single parent on EI, so my budget is tight, and I couldn’t handle double withdrawals. They did take out the next couple of payments this month on November 5th and 19th biweekly payments, they still sent my file to a third-party collections agency!! How is this legal?
Is this allowed? Can they send my file to collections when the missed withdrawal was their error and not mine? Any advice on how to handle this would be appreciated. Anyone here a finance lawyer?

And finally, there is a cultural issue in the case of HoloJP, Japanese people are proud of spending decades in the same job, this is seen very positively, wanting a change of scenery is not natural if the current environment is pleasant, and again, all the kindness and friendship with which they surround themselves should weigh in the scale of their choice, and it certainly does.

Hi,
I've just been gifted a high-end yamaha electric keyboard (clavinova cl-920), but some of the keys are sticking down (right in the center of the keyboard, of course), and one of the speakers has static with some notces (c4-c5ish). This means that if I'm playing and play one of the two "sticky" keys, they don't return up as they should.
I've done a preliminary check for the key hitting the wood and other keys, and I'm not entirely convinced it's not hitting other keys, but I do know it was in a smoker's home and a home full of cats, so I expect there to be some schmutz on it the inside.
I am looking for help/advice in repairing it, and I'm quite mechanically and electrically inclined, so I am not sure I'd have a problem doing it myself unless special tools are required. however, I'm not sure where to start. I don't want to disassemble the whole thing and find out I could have saved myself hours or needed something I don't have, so I'm hoping to connect with some professionals or experts to give a few tips before I start.
I looked up keyboard forums on here (most came up with computer keyboards) and I looked up instrument repair, but this isn't a piano, so doesn't come apart in pieces as such - it's an electric keyboard with weighted keys.
Does anyone have a suggestion of where to go or where to post?
