Yup, I when given a chance to be built up to be better as a person , eh the underlying feelings of inadequacy they never leave. And Nates character (maybe) and myself have felt under appreciated and ignored. With a bit of encouragement and a little love we will blossom and grow. And the minute we feel that attention is no longer given.. ahh shoot there is nothing I can say. We drop back to the hurtful bitter self’s, and we struggle to live in the warmth and love of the Ted Lassos world. But we as Nates however we relate, and want to be better and live the lasso way it’s tough. We want to be a Ted or Roy or Rebecca, but as much as we aspire to be those hero’s we will deep down be a Nate, and thats ok we grow over time. I may never be the hero but for all of you, deep down we’ve got this and i’ll whisper out a plan, quietly from the background.

Today I finished my Supplementary Application for UoT’s Rotman Commerce. However, for the video portion, I made the mistake of writing down notes and reading off of them during the video portion, due to my flaws in direct verbal answering. I’m concerned that it will look like I am cheating due to my eyes drifting to the side every now and then. Does anyone know how much this will affect my application; furthermore, if my application will be terminated?

I recently re-configured my plex server / home lab. Ended up creating a series of scripts to install everything. It was run as root, which is why (I suspect) I must use `sudo` or `root` to be able to run `docker compose [command]`
I don't think this is the best practice, so I wanted to check in and get some help with correcting my setup.
My script created a new user `dockeruser`. Containers use `dockeruser`'s PUID and PGID as env variables. So I expect they are running as `dockeruser`.
The directories used as volumes in the containers are set with the following permissions: `drwxr-xr-x dockeruser docker ` (docker is a group that contains both my personal user and `dockeruser`)
So I think the only problem is that sudo or root must be used to run `docker` commands. That doesn't seem appropriate. I should be able to run `docker compose` with my personal user.
Any help or corrections are appreciated

I just bought a refurbished GPU from microcenter and it didn't come with the gpu sag bracket and the argb cable. I asked the sales associate if it can with it and he said it did. I come home open it up and it didn't come with one. Could I contact microcenter or the manufacturer for a replacement?

I know a lot of people on this subreddit will not know who I am but whateves.
I have been a Hololive fan for over 3 years, all the way back in April 2021 and if it weren’t for it, I wouldn’t not have fallen down the Vtuber rabbit hole.
What got me into Hololive was a TikTok video that I have seen of Coco playing Yakuza and she laughed at one of the English dubbed lines that said “c*mstain” and that’s what had me instantly hooked to Hololive and the Vtuber thing in general.
I have grown to love so many of the greatest talents within the company like Nerissa Ravencroft, Korone Inugami, Calliope Mori, Marine Houshou, Gawr Gura, just to name a few.
All these talents are such gems and the fun entertainment they provide is amazing from the livestreams, the funny moments, the memes, the songs and the smiles they bring to everyone’s faces.
But I think what is making things difficult for me to continue enjoying Hololive is the many terminations, graduations and as of recent the cease of streaming activities. Also, in the wake of Fauna’s recent graduation announcement, I’m starting to see a lot of posts about people assuming that Hololive might be becoming a “black company” because of the whole disagreement with management thing that she said which doesn’t make any sense because Yagoo cares about his talents and I’d rather not hear about it in case if it worsens.
Therefore, I am officially retiring from being a Hololive and I will unfortunately be leaving the Hololive subreddit for good.
I was originally going to retire if Korone and Nerissa ever graduated but I think the many Hololive Vtubers that we lost in 2024 and Fauna’s recent graduation announcement was the abrupt final straw for me, and I simply can’t go on with these announcements.
So, been nice knowing you, everyone on the Hololive subreddit and please take care of yourselves.
