I was diagnosed with flat feet but I'm not sure if this is related...
Do you guys ever get a tingling/crawling sensation in the instep part of your feet? It feels like there is an absence of pressure that spontaneously bothers my feet, and I try to relieve it by flexing my feet and rolling them out with a pressure ball. It can happen when I'm standing, lying down, whenever.
It's not restless leg syndrome, bc that doesn't include feet and this symptom does not make me want to walk or improve with walking

I am having some real decision paralysis/inability to find what I need. I promise I have searched before making this post.
For the last several years I have used an Ink + Volt planner. It has mostly been good.
I recently came across the Plum Planner Goal Setting layouts and have been intrigued. They however fall short of my requirements.
What I am looking for in a planner:
*Vertical weeks *Starting on a Monday *Dated *Daily Habit Trackers (preferably on the weekly page) *A separate page for week goals *A separate page for month goals *Maybe an area for year goals
I like to see my whole week written out, have a daily way to make sure I’m keeping up with the things that need to get done every week, check on them weekly, check on them monthly.
Nice paper would be nice. As long as ink doesn’t bleed to the other side I’ll be happy.

i was with a few friends and we were drinking, during the whole night i only drank 2 smirnoff and one redbull vodka. i didnt feel anything and it was kinda spaced out in between a couple of hours but now its mike like 5 or something hours since i last drank anything, its 6am and i woke up feeling n* with like a mix of hunger? so i went to the bathroom and my bm wasnt like d* but kinda soft still.. i mean when i think about food i get kinda grossed out but kinda not, i usually use that as a way of telling if im actually n* or not but i really am and im scared that it was bc of rhe drinking even tho it was hours ago or im also scared it could be sb* idk if im even making sense im scared im about to have a panic attack

Sabi ko nga sa isa kong team mate (gen z) na lagi negative sa buhay, “ang aga pa puro doom scrolling na”, kaya napaka negative ng outlook sa buhay. Ive been trying to motivate him and teach him rather than maging negative try and find ways to improve his life (I’ve taught him how to properly increase his salary fast but safe for his career). Okay, so here's the deal: I (22M) live with a roommate (24F) who has no respect for my very serious need for solitude while cooking. Let me set the scene: I’ve been planning to make my signature mac and cheese (yes, it’s a very complex recipe, thank you for asking) for the past week. It requires not just precision but also an intense mental focus that demands absolute silence. I need to be alone with my thoughts, surrounded by peace, while I measure out cheese, butter, and pasta.
My roommate, however, just waltzes into the kitchen like it’s a communal space (it’s not, it’s my kitchen), cranks up her podcast about true crime, and somehow doesn’t understand that this is detrimental to the artistic process of making mac and cheese. I asked her nicely to give me at least 24 hours' notice before using the kitchen because, as we all know, mac and cheese is a spiritual experience, and I can’t cook it while hearing about some random unsolved murder.
She got defensive and said that I was being “ridiculous” and “entitled,” but I don’t think it’s too much to ask. In fact, I believe that if I were a famous chef, this would be a standard protocol (Gordon Ramsay would absolutely agree with me, I’m sure of it).
So, AITA for demanding advance notice for my kitchen time in order to create my masterpiece without distraction?
