I love this app. In fact, it should be app of the year every year. If there's only 1 thing that could be changed it cancelling order anytime.
Now don't get me wrong, you should pay if you ordered and didn't show up but I think that rule could change. What if, it's less than 2 hours and you wanted to cancel, make a request that someone else can try to order and if they order and pick up, at least someone picked up the order that didn't go to waste and the previous customer don't have to pay.
Am I right?

I've been trying to find regenerative farms that sell heirloom wheat and corn that ship to US-based customers. The only one I've found is Blue Bird Farms for wheat. Does anyone know if there's others?
I looked at the list of farms in Regenefied, but I couldn't find any that sold direct.

2025.01.18 03:51 CaregiverOk9432 AITA for wanting to be stricter with money for my long distance gf?
Ok so, I’m going to get right to the chase. I feel like I am spending a lot on my gf. She does not earn any money and has strict parents who don’t know about us, so she is very limited to help me with my expenses.
I went and saw her a couple of months back paying for the flight, the food there, Lyft expenses. 80-90% of the trip was from my pocket. The 10-20% that was not was the meals she paid for herself and some cash she gave.
After that trip, I exchanged Christmas and birthday gifts with her, which was fine (although I felt I bought more to be frank). There are also times when she feels low and I attempt to cheer her up by sending food to her location, which she is happy about. And I paid for the tickets to go see her in a month.
But today, she kind of “indirectly” asked me for food and while she denies it, I can tell she was being somewhat serious. I already sent her food earlier this week and not sure why, but this got me thinking about how much I spent on her and how much I will continue to spend. She also admits she feels bad which i appreciate but I am not sure how to mitigate these thoughts.
Also, when I saw her for the first time, her roommate was not comfortable with me staying over and said something of the lines of “if he’s coming all this way to see you, he obviously doesn’t care about his money, make him stay in a hotel” to her, which she fought for because she wanted me to stay with her.
I really hope she does not think I do not care about my money and I’m blowing all of it. She makes me happy and I only want to see her happy that’s why I spend so much on her. But, her indirectly asking me today kind of made me slightly upset because I’m not doing it because I’m rich. I’m doing it because I love her and I want to, so I am.
But I am not sure anymore. Any advice?

Me (21M) and her (20F) have been hanging out really consistently for a full week and have our first official date tomorrow. We’ve been touchy and I really thought she liked me. My friends think she likes me and I really like her. However tonight I think I fucked it up beyond repair. As I was walking her home, the conversation shifted to protection and I asked if she felt like I can keep her safe and she wouldn’t give a concrete answer, she dodged the question. This made me feel super insecure, because I really want to be someone who can protect those I love. I kinda felt like shit after this so I tried switching the conversation to food, but it got worse. After telling her I like chicken nuggets a lot, she jokingly said I have a “toddler diet”. The issue here is that I must have some sort of trauma from growing up. My mother always yelled at me and hit me when I wouldn’t branch out to food I wasn’t comfortable with and kept saying I had a “toddler diet”. After she said this, I accidentally mumbled something along the lines of “my mom used to say that”, and I let go of her hand. We kinda walked in silence for a bit, she wouldn’t meet my eyes ever and even when i tried to talk to her again and strike up a new conversation she wouldn’t have it or let me hold her hand again. She also wouldn’t let me walk her to her door which she used to always let me do, and she refused to tell me why. After I knew she couldn’t see me and she was inside I kind of broke down in the snow. I really thought she could be the one for me and I had to go fuck it up like this. I’m worried that this awkward barrier will cross over into tomorrow’s date. My main goal for the date was to kiss her, I felt like she was open to it before, but i’m really worried that now she thinks there’s 500 red flags and that i’m nothing but friend material. Is it over or do I have a chance to fix this and go from friends to partners?
