 | Great selection and fair prices. Went in to look around and was shocked by the volume of vinyl. Spent $60 🙀 Best of Cream was a no brainer and it looked almost perfect. I also picked up Los Blues (I like Randy Garibay). Ill have to go back very soon. He had vintage turntables and components at pretty reasonable prices. So I started having irreg periods ng 2021 but didn’t have any medications yet since di pa ako nagpapacheck up. I didn’t gain significant weight ng 2 years na to.
August 2023 ako nakapagpacheck up & confirmed na may PCOS ako. My OB prescribed me Trust pills and I’ve been taking it religiously until now, mga 1 year and almost 6 months na rin siguro. And I GAINED WEIGHT. From probably 42 kgs to 54kgs in the past year.
I’ve had depression - which made me have no appetite for 3 to 6 months (just ate few pcs of Banana chips per day) and I lose weight from 54KGs to 47KGs.
I’ve lessen my sweets but nageaeat na ako ng more regularly (brown rice, gulay, few biscuits - less SB/MILKTEA/SHAKES which used to be almost daily basis before), naggegain weight pa rin ako.
Just this Christmas until now (sunod sunod rin birthdays/events after Christmas) I gained 7KGs again. In span of 3 weeks.
I wonder if this is because of PCOS or sa pills ko na kaya siya? I’ve heard a lot na nakakataba sa kanila yung trust pills.
Anyone taking trust pills? Ano side effects sa inyo? I’m overweight na bc of the kgs I gained this past 3 weeks. :/
I’m incorporating Magnesium Glycinate & Vitamin D3 now. Hopefully it will help me with my high cortisol (I’ve noticed hairfalls, gritting of teeth during asleep, belly fat, moonson face, falling asleep for like 2 to 3 times during daytime which are signs of stress & high cortisol)

I bought a set of the Simagic P-HPR rumble motors a while back along with the bracket hardware and always wanted a more elegant solution to the mounting system that would use the bracket hardware that Simagic also sold. Rather than just screwing it into the pedals.
I eventually ended up modeling my own mount and and using my 3d printer to print them out a few weeks ago and I've been using them since. And I can say they work relatively well.
I also uploaded this to makerworld and its available for download if anyone else is interested and have a 3d printer to print them out with.
