I have A7 singlets right now. It’s got this super smooth synthetic texture that is genuinely garbage. Like genuinely inhibit my lifting in terms of slipping on bench and bar slipping on the back. A normal tight cotton shirt feels 3X better which shouldn’t have to be the case.
I’m wondering if anyone has experience with other brands allowed in the IPF that would be a bit better in terms of ‘material grippiness’. Thanks yall

I wish I had an updated X-ray. The photos are from immediately after the surgery. I’m 15 years out from surgery here in about 10 days. 1/28/2010.
I still have pain in my lower back and hips. I’ve done injections, yoga, lost weight, medication, etc. I usually find some sort of short term pain management from various things but it just keeps coming back. I live a fairly active lifestyle. In my early 30’s with two kids and other than a slight limp when I walk sometimes, I live a normal life…. Just slightly in pain all the time.
Is it annoying and uncomfortable, yes… Have I learned that mentality makes a difference, also yes!

I've had hs for 20 years now and I got sick with the cold/ flu. I had a fever for about 6 days and I'm at the end of it now with a cough and feeling shitty.
My immune system triggered quite a few flare ups, three in areas I've never even had before.
My question is, how do I lessen this or help heal them. I'm afraid of going on oral antibiotics. I'm actually allergic to some and the others create horrible side effects.
They're so deep set and as stated in New areas.
I have topical clenomyacin (apologies for spelling) calamine, zinc, salicylic acid wash, the works.
