I believe the family room is real. I know there’s been speculation in these threads regarding Milkshake’s line “if you take it at face value” but I’m here to stake that people are overthinking it… a little.
First, we have to establish that the family room is in fact a real place or it really is intended to be a real place relatively soon.
This in itself has a lot of value as a manipulation tool for Dylan. Dylan has established that the thing that is most important to him is knowing about his kids. If they offered him a chance to meet them, it would be a huge perk obviously. But just as obviously, this is a torture technique because they can take this opportunity away from him as easily as they could grant it. If he doesn’t stay in line and do what Milkshake asks, then they will withhold his family from him.
In that way, it’s actually more useful to have the family room not built yet because they can command his loyalty longer on the potential for seeing his family… if the family room was already built then they would have to deliver more quickly.
Then think about how long they could drip this perk out… it’s like offering drops of water to a severely dehydrated person. Maybe one day they’ll show him how the couches have been ordered, or -show him a photo of his kids… -oh no, little Nero got sick so he couldn’t come today. Maybe better luck next quarter. -For that bad behavior we might never give you access! The information doesn’t have to be fake and they don’t even need to hire actors or part-timers. The truth would already be so palpable. I mean, by Lumon logic, they didn’t lie about Irving’s outie in his wellness session. What’s the value of telling him he loves the sound of Radar? Although… we might assume he’s not a huge party goer or great in bed… how would Lumon even know that…
So when Milkshakes says “if you take it at face value” he means face-value might be ALL there will be for a long time. But in a more practical sense the line is just meant to communicate “if it quacks like a duck…”.
Now, future predictions based on this theory: 1) Asking Dylan not to tell his coworkers means when eventually he does betray them, they won’t know why and he won’t want to tell them. He wants to help them as much as he can… but not to the point of sacrificing seeing his daughter EVER.
2) That said, what Lumon doesn’t remember is Dylan already gave up his chance to see them so that his Co-workers could go be their outies. They are his ifamily. As Irving said, his greatest perk.
3) The promise of the room won’t last forever and Lumon will have to deliver something more substantial than blueprints. Assuming the room is ever built, his family has NO interest in seeing him. iDylan isn’t their real husband/fatheson and either they will refuse to go or they will be remarkably uncomfortable if they ever do. Which will break Dylan’s heart.
What do you think? Sounds logical? Sometimes Occam’s Razor applies?

 | About a year ago I bought a mixed lot of used minis on eBay. Mostly plastic but a dozen or so IWM minis as well. In various states of broken... One of the mechs I got is the second ugliest design I've ever seen! The Clan mech Dark Crow... 55 tons with no arms, just flappy little winglets, and twin Auto cannons mounted on its beer belly... 😱 (Pic 2) But since the two main gun parts were missing, I decided to rebuild the mech in a much less nausea inducing arrangement! I used the arms to another one of the minis and added a few new weapons, armor panels, and jump jets! Then I wrote up some stats for it. It's a little big to be a 55 tonner, so my new Mark II version adds 10 tons (it's the arms!) and carries a much heavier weapons load out. But now it's a 5/8/5, 65 tonner, armed with an ERPPC, an SRM 6 Streak, an LRM 15, 2 ER Medium Lasers, and twin SRM 2s (specifically to carry Inferno rounds). It's not amazing or anything, but it LOOKS much better now!! 😁 So it's going to be the final prize in our MW Destiny RPG campaign! Hey guys, I'm new to insomnia medication, and I've realized most of it falls into the catageories: benzodiazepines and non-benzodiazepines (aka Z drugs). How are these two different when it comes to dealing with insomnia? From what I've heard the latter provides efficacy without any of the drawbacks of the former (or at least fewer of them). Why would doctors prescribe one over the another? And if you had experience taking them, which did you find more effective?

Hey all, i have a 1998 4 speed auto 4 runner thats giving me some trouble. Shifts through the first 3 gears no problem but doesnt seem to want to shift into 4th. Rpms stay really high on the highway. No other symptoms though, 1-3 feel normal. Any advice on where to start with this i would rather fix it myself.

She loves to snack so I want to bring food and comfort stuff for her but I don’t know what’s allowed. I’m the designated comforter but this feels so different and I am terrified.

Female here, more used to cardio equipment than weights. Anyway, recently bought an old original Healthrider machine for $10. I want to work my way up to adding weights. The problem is there was already weights on it when I got it The collars/pins holding the weight are really rusty. I have no idea how to get them off the machine. Should I just break off the pin? Are there other cheap clamps I could use to replace them when I want to add back?
I would add pictures, but the option to do so is grayed out for me. Not sure why.

Labels loan artist money to make albums. They can pay up to $3M+ for an artist to record an album for sample clearances, features, studio time, and mixing. That’s why Vultures 1&2 were the way they were and why Donda was and sounded like an expensive album. One reason he made it with Ty is so that he wouldn’t have to pay for features out of his pocket when he already had one, & Ye albums usually dan have lots of features. And why the mixing wasnt nothing compared to Do da. Compare Future last project “Mixtape Pluto” to his others, which mixtape pluto was only paid for by him, which is why it doesnt sound expensively and crisp mixed.
