This is odd to ask for online, but I'd like to ask for an accountability buddy. Albeit, I am chronically online; I am trying to disconnect. I basically do excel every day, but I was hired on to fix and streamline the department, as the people who were in my position (I’m taking over for 2 people and helping a 3rd) did not do their job correctly and there is a plethora of backlogged reports and mistakes. I work about 50-60 hours a week (once I worked 70 hours in one week). About 4AM or 7AM to 5PM Mon thru Fri. It has gotten stressful and difficult to streamline the dept, work on daily reports that are still coming in, and fix the previous years of mistakes.  | It's fix and running the lastest OCLP. I gave up for a while as I just needed a break from it. But since I am on a med leave from work thought I would try again. I did some Google and find a solution I hope would work and it did. I live in a small town which means small library and only two computers open for the public for adults to use (the children have their own computer area). The problem is that the computersbare always in used by other people that don't have their own computer and hog it for hours watching YouTube and whatnot (yes library staff try but no one gets paid enough to piss someone off and risk getting hurt). Anyway I find was able to get access to a computer download Linux Mint onto a USB key. I have downloaded Linux Mint before on a few old computers its pretty simple. So I wipe the hard drive, installed Linux Mint, download and install the lasted version of MacOS that I originally had on the MacBook updated everything and then install OCLP. This round went better obviously, I install the lasted version of Sequoia and did it as a software update instead of a clean wipe install since there wasn't anything on the MacBook. I literally went from mint, to Monterey to Sequoia and everything now works as it should. Thank goodness cause I was driving myself made trying to pin point where I went wrong. Until the age of 21, I was happy and had no stomach problems. Then, as a student, I started eating instant noodles (Samyang) for about a year. You all know what it is, and there’s one ingredient in it that damaged my digestion. I could EAT any other instant noodles back then without an issues.
Before that, since I was 14, I ate very little or avoided meat altogether because it was always hard to digest. After turning 21, things got worse—I started feeling bad after eating any fried or heavy food.
Can you help me figure out if this is the beginning of gastritis or something else?
Foods I Can’t Eat: ☠️☠️☠️☠️Samyang sauce, chips, instant noodles ☠️☠️☠️Any fresh meat ☠️ Apples ☠️ Any food after 6 PM ☠️☠️☠️Restaurant food

Foods I Stopped Eating a Long Time Ago: - Bread, flour-based products, pasta - Dairy (except cheese) - Meat - Sweets (I eat them rarely)
Condition Worsening (Ages 22-25): From 22 to 25 years old, my condition got progressively worse. If before, I just had trouble digesting meat, now even two bites make my stomach STOP functioning.
Test Results: ✅ Blood tests are normal ✅ Thyroid function is perfect ✅ No H. pylori
Symptoms: 😵💫 Bowel movements improve only after consuming turmeric (kurkuma) (seems like it helps cleanse the system). I lack digestive enzymes unless I eat vegetables. 😵💫 No nausea, no sharp pain—pain only appears when a doctor presses on my stomach, and sometimes it pulses. 😵💫 Swelling in the face, legs, and hands, as if I overate, but I haven’t. 😵💫 I can’t eat anything after 6 PM. Mornings feel heavy.
Medical History & Concerns: - As a child, I could eat barbecue and any meat. But after 14, it became hard to digest. - Some relatives have dyspepsia - I have pancreatic enzyme deficiency and worry that it might develop into gastritis
I listed the foods I can and can’t eat so you can analyze whether this resembles gastritis or something else. I know that people with gastritis usually can’t eat apples, so I’m wondering if my symptoms fit that diagnosis.
