That is the aerial shot of the Lafayette Square area of Vernon on Rte. 30 near Tolland which was taken 34 years ago.
You can see McDonald's above the back of the shopping center and Northeast School. That McDonald's relocated to Rte. 31 near I-84 years after that picture was taken.
The baseball property has since been revamped and is now Miracle Field, a recreation sports area for disabilities.
On the top right hand corner shows a different intersection which has since been reconfigured not long after that shot was taken.
That area has changed slightly over the years.

Hello! I've been trying to transfer and upload some files onto my editor's Lucid Link, and the file transfer (not the upload) has become atrociously slow (it's gone from 3GB to 6GB in 20 minutes). It was fine for the initial ~200GB (finished in around 15 minutes), but for this second folder it's really struggling.
There is enough disk space on my local and removable volumes. Any way to troubleshoot? Thank you!

2025.01.18 04:57 Software-Substantial How to be okay with disappointing your parents?
I'm 20F and I grew up in the church. Even when my parents divorced I was still going to church with either parent. Since I left for college a couple years ago, my phone calls with either parent regularly consists of things such as "make sure you play worship music while you sleep okay?", "let's pray" when I say a problem I'm dealing with, and the one I dread the most..."how's your spiritual life?" I always answer with a quick "good" and try to change the subject, but I still enjoy reading the Bible so if I am doing "the things a Christian does" at some point I tell that parent what scriptures I'm reading so it doesn't sound suspicious. It's getting to a point where it's exhausting to lie/cover up, but I know that a storm might break loose for possibly the rest of my life if I confess. But I wanna live freely as an adult without fear. Does anyone have advice on how to navigate this?

I was depressed and sucidal while staying a valley. I had a decent paying job as well.
But decided to comeback to my hometown As of now i am feeling a better but decided to not go back to valley. I started to look for job here in my hometown. The pay is so low as well the opportunities.
