For some time now, sometimes when I open Steam nothing happens and the pc start becoming unresponsive, nothing can open, and even tabs on browser stop loading, can't restart can't shutdown, I have to force shut down pc from the button and start again.
Last couple of days I can't open steam AT ALL. I've tried everything , even clean windows install. NOTHING.
For the love of god, please someone help me get through this bug. Thank you.

I’ve been playing for about 2 months now and it’s been mostly bounty clash(hunt takes too long for me).
Anyways I win a couple times each session and the rewards are so random! $297,$454, $612… are some of the rewards I got last night.
Is there a method to the madness? Like do kills, headshots, etc affect your reward outcome?

La cosa es que debo ir a este lugar en el centro comercial Unicentro y para poder ingresar desde la palma de mi mano debo mostrarles mis tarjetas en recepción cosa que ella dice es un protocolo solamente para el registro. Y estando allá me van a dar una tarjeta de Sodexo creo que mencionó recargada con 350,000 pesos que puedo consumir en cualquier establecimiento. Y aparte de eso un bono por 50,000 pesos de bono en gasolina y que si no era dueño de algún vehículo podría recargarme esos 50,000 pesos a los otros 350 restantes para hacer un gran total de 400,000 pesos colombianos. Over the last few months my endo has gotten progressively worse, a month before Christmas I have a really really bad flare where I was puking so much I genuinely thought I was going to die, I was awake for 48 hours straight because I couldn’t stop puking, my puke was luminous yellow and I called 111 because I was terrified that was it and they just told to get to hospital my own way but I couldn’t, I don’t drive and neither does my partner and his parents were out, then on Monday I had another bad flare up and was pretty much bed bound all day but couldn’t sleep bc of the pain, I then felt like all my organs shut down, I stopped breathing and was sweating so much and in so much pain it paralysed me I couldn’t move at all my body just completely shut down, felt like my lungs collapsed as I couldn’t breath at all and I went purple, my partner had to try and get me to breath again, then I started throwing up really violently and then stopped breathing again, then passed out for a good 20 minutes, we called 111 and they just told me to drink water and get to hospital if I could and yet again I couldn’t, part of me is too scared to go in anyway as they always keep me waiting for 13+ hours then dismiss me and ask me what I want them to do and when I tell them they say they can’t do that, im currently waiting for a meeting to happen to discuss whether they think surgery will be necessary (they’re going off 1 1/2 year old test results and refuse to do more tests) im absolutely terrified to go in bc I know nothing will get done but I’m so scared that im going to die soon (sounds so dramatic but my flare ups are getting so much worse now and I’m just generally terrified everyday i wake up) im always in pain anyway so I’ve gotten used to that but my flare ups seem to be getting worse every time I have one, does anyone have any advice or experience with these symptoms? Sorry for awful photos!
Yesterday i managed to size up to 4mm (6g) from 3.5mm (7g ish?), now it did hurt a little but id waited 7 months to size up so i thought it would be okay..
Today it slowly kept swelling, and hurting and going verrryy red. I've just taken the 4mm and put the 3.5mm back in (as it took me 2 whole years to get here and i really don't want to lose progress).
But i'm struggling to tell whether this is a blowout or not? And what should I do?
