2025.01.18 04:55 lih9 Asbestos tile: remediate or sell as-is?
My inlaws have an old house in North Toronto that they will be listing in the next few years in order to downsize. The house is in good condition but has a few issues like obvious asbestos tile (9" + mastic) that makes it a potential tear down. I know putting a new floor over it is a little shady in terms of disclosure so would you spend the money to have it remediated or just list it as-is out in the open?
The market isn't great for flips & tear downs at the moment even in good neighbourhoods so it would be interesting to hear opinions on what course seems worthwhile. They have the time and budget to do some work on the house but i'm not convinced it's worth the effort.

2025.01.18 04:55 HackedcliEntUser Framerate drop when quickly standing up
I've noticed this for awhile. Everytime i try to stand up quickly from sitting gives me a framerate drop. When I check task manager i can also see my cpu spike up to 100%. What's up with this?

I have a 2015 Dart, and whenever I try to use Navigation, this message pops up. Can it still be fixed or is my car a little too old for that? I wonder if there's an update or something that I can do on it so it works again. It's not necessary, but definitely would be really nice. Has anyone encountered this? What did you do to fix it?
