Sgt. Rock – Sgt. Rock, G.I. Robot, maybe a JSA mention (war-era connections and all). I know next to nothing about Sgt. Rock, so… moving on.
Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow – Supergirl, Lobo, Ruthye, Krem, Krypto, a Superman mention. Pretty self-contained story, and unless they add new characters, this should be the core cast.
Lanterns – Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Sinestro, Kilowog, Carol Ferris at least as a cameo. Wild theory: Martian Manhunter might show up as a detective working a case, which would be sick.
Clayface – Basil Karlo/Clayface, probably a Batman mention, but this seems like an origin story with a mostly new supporting cast.
The Authority – Apollo, Midnighter, Jenny Sparks (or maybe Manchester Black), Swift, The Doctor, Jack Hawksmoor, The Engineer. Possibly a Superman mention, and maaaybe Waller, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
Paradise Lost – Hippolyta, Ares, probably other Amazons from Wonder Woman lore. I haven’t read Wonder Woman Historia yet, SORRY.
The Brave and the Bold – Bruce, Damian, Dick, Tim, Barbara, Commissioner Gordon, Talia, Ra’s al Ghul. Jason as a cameo/mention, maybe Bane or Man-Bat. I still haven’t read Grant Morrison’s run, SORRY SORRY.
Booster Gold – Booster Gold, Michelle/Goldstar, Rip Hunter. Superman reference, even if it’s just a billboard or news clip. Probably a Ted Kord cameo (manifesting).
Swamp Thing – Swamp Thing, Constantine. Yes, I still haven’t read Alan Moore’s run, SORRY I KNOW I KNOW.
Waller – Amanda Waller, Maxwell Lord, Checkmate (as a group—probably key members like King Faraday or Sasha Bordeaux). I don’t know Checkmate lore either, so… yeah.

Typically I go to EWC for Brazilian waxes (I know, I know) but in an effort to save money, I bought a Tress Wellness home wax kit to do it myself instead (or have my boyfriend do it?). Anyway, I tried a small test strip on my arm with their Lemon scented hard wax today, and ended up with hives in that spot a couple minutes later. I was pretty careful about the temperature of the wax and made sure it was the right consistency, so I don’t think it was too hot, but I also have zero experience with this. I’ve never had a reaction to the wax at EWC, so there must be some ingredient in this wax that I’m allergic to. Does anyone have recommendations for a hypoallergenic hard wax for sensitive skin? Or should I just pop a Benadryl an hour before waxing next time and cross my fingers?

2025.01.29 21:40 My_Turn_A_Space You can get China Visa without parent's Green Card -- my experience
First summary -- I've asked here before about this situation. My sons were born while my wife and I were on Green Card status, and we've been having issues trying to my sons China Visa as we no longer have the original or copy of our green cards, and China embassy needs us to prove our PR status then when they are born not now we are citizens. It seemed like a dead end until I found a copy of GC.
But I I found in my pile of record was, while the GC was handed back to the US Gov, my wife and I still have the "Notice of Action" letters that DoJ welcomes you to start the naturalization process. It says something like "CREATION OF RECORD OF LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCE".
We traveled to Hong Kong in Dec and I took these letters to the visa Center there. And they accepted that letter as proof of Permanant Residence status just as the GC!
My boys had a great time in China with their grandpa.
Best of luck to you getting your visas!
(also your parent could file for FoIA to get a copy of their GC -- my application got fulfilled after our trip and now i have a blurry copy of my Green Card)

Hey all,
Probably a dumb question but on my vivoactive 5, if I do a treadmill activity, it always counts the time to my overall Running time in the ‘In Focus’ tab of connect. Is there a treadmill activity specific for walking or do I have to make it? I haven’t seen a walking treadmill specific activity. I don’t usually mix running and walking, so I want them to show up respectively in the In Focus areas.

It’s so sad to watch, I used to love Gwen bc she was outspoken and didn’t care what anybody thought. I live in Australia so I rarely could catch her lives, but over the break I’ve watched this lady scream for gifts like she’s owed them, cry about the app (for Americans) shut down bc she’d loose her “job” it just doesn’t leave a good taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t want to spend my 40 hour week earned mine on someone who seems so ungrateful.

 | Just an appreciation post for this machine. My parents live in western Maine (~90" snow/season). They moved to the house in the early 1980s and bought a John Deere 826 for snow removal. After 40 years, they decided it was finally time to upgrade. My dad and I did our homework and eventually settled on the Platinum 30 SHO for a reasonably cost-effective replacement. Honestly thought it would be somewhat of a letdown compared to the old JD beast...but it's been absolutely phenomenal. 3 years of excellent performance and zero issues.
