I just beat Soul Reaver 2 remaster and well, just like it did to me 20 plus years ago it left me wanting MORE! I remember playing soul reaver and being hyped for part 2. When I beat part 2 I had no idea they were making another game. So when I got to the ending of SR2 I was just like NO WAY IT ENDED THERE! What happens to Raziel? What about Kain? Who are the Hylden? I was mad but also excited because I went on this awesome journey. Well like I said I beat the remaster and now I'm just like "Bro how long you gonna keep me waiting until I can play the defiance so I can see the end of this epic story (remastered).

So I had my oculus 2 signed into the meta app with my email on my phone. Well last week my toddler son thu my phone into our pond well after searching my house all day/night I finally thought that is only place I haven't searched and yes there it was on the bottom of the pond anyway it won't turn back on when I got app on my daughters phone I realised I didn't back up any passwords and can't access my account to take it off hand control mode to use the actual controls as I can't open my profile now it says to factory reset but if I can't unpaire it from my broken phn that had my original account I set it up on. what sould I do or how can I delete my locked profile

Buying a car in CO, live in KS we officially dated the paperwork for the 3rd but they had to send the packet to me to sign that wasn't done and delivered back until the 13th because they kept dragging their feet. It's now the 18th and I've been getting updates of them delaying delivery to me. But it's always the salesman making excuses not to ship it, the bank sent funds, the paperwork is complete and the finance manager says that it's good to ship off.
His excuse earlier this week was that someone stopped him from shipping it. That's when i called around and figured out everyone gave the green light, and i let him know that. His excuse yesterday was that he's just too busy with customers to ship it.
So I guess my question is how long are they legally allowed to not maintain their part of the contract to ship my car? And at what point do I talk to a lawyer to help facilitate their end of the contract to get my car shipped?
