Didn't expecte the quality is that good.
The plot, transition between stories and linkage between stories are so smooth. They probably filmed it professionally as the picture quality is cinematic quality. And a lot, really a lot of laughter, if you arw a GTA resident.
I really like O'Shea. He played very well. He is a star of the whole show, no doubt.
I would rate it 7/10. If you live in Markham, you don't want to miss it.

I will be going to Hamburg in a few weeks and am looking for a cozy spot to hide away for a few days. I'm imagining a cozy cabin, perhaps with a fireplace, perhaps with a nice view of a lake or sea. I realize it'll be cold, which is why I thought it might just be nice find a spot where we can stay inside, but still have it feel like an experience.
Any recommendations? Don't mind taking a train to somewhere within a few hours.

I’m a beginner breeder that successfully hatched a clutch of CG eggs last year from a female I sold soon after, and since then I’ve been trying to hatch eggs from my favorite girl Peaches. She’s such a sweet gecko and I paired her with my male Velvet a while back, and she’s laid several clutches of fertile eggs. The first clutch she laid didn’t incubate for very long before stopping, no dents formed and the eggs looked fine in color, but the embryos stopped after a few weeks, which was really strange and sad. Another clutch laid, and this time both eggs were dented when I dug them out of her lay box, and I concluded that it was my fault because the lay medium was too dry. Third clutch laid, eggs looks great and are 100% fertile (all eggs have been), but both eggs dented after a couple weeks in the lay box (tackle box with Pangea hatch, and very little ventilation & at room temp/70 degrees). I don’t know what to do at this point because my 50 gram girl is gonna lay again in the next week or two but I’m scared these eggs are just gonna die for a seemingly random reason.
The eggs I hatched last year (I still have both geckos, they’re doing great) were so easy, I dug them out of a lay box, put them in the tackle box, and waited 95 ish days and boom, geckos were there. Why are Peaches eggs struggling? Also it’s her first season, could that be it? Thanks, I’d love tips and advice from anyone knowledgeable

2025.01.18 05:44 No_Contribution7048 I’d rather pay for rent and not live there than stay with my roommates
I’m 20 (M) living with 3 other roommates all 20 (F), in a 4x4 apartment, two of them are sisters and the other one is mutual friends with them.
I used to be best friends with the two sisters, we all fell out early/mid 2024 and I stopped talking to either of them for a long time until I got “kicked out” of my parents house in October and they took me in despite our past (I apologized first and sent them both a giant explanation paragraph, in hindsight, if I never did this we still wouldn’t be talking and I regret that decision.)
I was VERY hesitant on moving and initially was just going to stay there for a week or two until things calmed down with my family. To give context, I was told by my sister that I needed to stay somewhere else for a little while as I was becoming very angry with both my parents and ended up getting into a fist fight with my dad (More on that later, we’re good now)
All of the girls were super kind and supportive towards my situation, and I’m grateful for that experience because I truly didn’t know whether I’d be allowed to come back home or not. (I’m POC and come from a cultured/traditional household)
However, living in that apartment has been extremely challenging, frustrating, and stressful. Only a week or so after I moved in and signed the lease, there was an incident at a party hosted at our apartment where the entire place I cleaned so well was trashed because one drunk girl decided to fight everyone and fought one of my roommates over 4-5 times. One of the sisters nasty boyfriend that nobody likes came over as well and he pushed and shoved her sister which led to her breaking her foot that night (same roommate that got beat up by the drunk guest) And to top it off, I heard deathly screams and shouts all night while I soberly panicked under my bed and pretended I wasn’t there.
This was my first impression on the apartment, and ever since then I’ve kept my gaurd up, everything that occurred wasn’t the fault of my roommates but they pressured me to clean up the trashed place after I finally came out of my room since one of them had a broken foot, the other one left with her gross bf, and the other one never cleans and didn’t expect to lift a finger. I thought as a man I should be helping these girls out and I did exactly that, deep cleaned the whole apartment because I felt horrible that my roommate with a broken ankle/foot was attempting to clean the floor on her knees. However, I’ll never forget that night and how much abuse I watched go down and heard while having one of the worst panic attacks of my life. Nobody told me in the real world drunk men have no problem tossing women around like objects and yelling at the top of their lungs in sheer terror. I already disliked most men but that experience made me despise them so much more.
After that, both the sisters had me on my feet everyday doing small minuscule tasks for them, and everyone took advantage of me offering to do chores. Nobody lifted a single finger. Not unless I pointed out a mess or it had been weeks (such as dishes in the sink).
I was always talked to by these girls and the people around them like I was less than, I get treated like a dumbass and nobody really cared what my input was or what I had to say. The only person who really heard me out was the mutual friend of the sisters and the other roommate, she has been really amazing, helpful, and caring as well as sharing the dislike for the sisters with me and empathizing with my experience.
Now I could go on and on about my problems with the sisters but let me discuss what my issues are with the apartment room itself. I was given the smallest room in the apartment, which I expected since I moved in late, but it’s literally the smallest room you can picture in your head and I’m a 6 foot man that can barely walk around in it. I really don’t care about that since there’s people in the world that don’t have a shelter at all but there’s roaches in this apartment, it’s so dirty that it can’t be deep deep cleaned because there were so many people that lived there before and ruined the whole apartment, the complex has 1 star on yelp, and even changed their name to avoid the bad reviews but still managed to receive horrible reviews from people. Upstairs neighbors are super loud, and theres 4 cats in total including mine (I’m allergic to cats, but my cat eats a special food that gets rid of most of her allergen producing hormones or something like that so she’s never given me allergies, but they have)
My whole family has discussed alot with me and I’ve had many deep conversations with both my parents and I realize now I shouldn’t have moved out and I genuinely really loved staying in the house with my family. They’re all getting help and I am too so things have been really well, moving out helped grow my relationship even stronger with my entire family and I’m glad
Recently, I was staying at my parents house and the sisters brought over a guy that’s ripped me off before, they told me they weren’t friends with him anymore and I assumed it was because he was talking about me to them saying rude stuff, since one of them told me about that. Anyways, I got upset because I left my bedroom door unlocked and I don’t trust this person at all, I let everyone know I was keeping my door unlocked before I left because I assumed there would be no guests other than the 2 boys that are always over (I trust them and we’re friends), and I respectfully asked if they could both keep an eye on him while they were getting wasted all night. They know I have some major paranoia issues, and they know what it looks like I’ve explained all of my anxiety problems to these girls but they both started getting upset with me saying things like “I don’t have to explain myself” and “You’re not my mother” simply because I asked them why they decided to bring him over and voiced my concerns with him staying the night at our apartment with my door unlocked. The mutual friend roommate also told me he made a joke about stealing something before he left. I’m no longer talking to either of the sisters anymore because they both showed me how they really don’t gaf how I feel and I really regret moving in with them cause this is why we stopped being friends in the first place they were dating toxic men and got mad at me because I told them their men were trash which they literally were and they ended up breaking up with those guys anyways i understand now that wasn’t the way to approach people in toxic relationships and a real friend would’ve genuinely had a conversation with them about it instead of throwing out a comment like that (it was a joke and i have had convos with them about it they just never took my advice and shamed me instead 🙃)
Now that I’ve ranted about all of that I need some advice.
Im not able to break the lease due to a restriction on early termination, the only options I have are subletting and transferring to a new unit with no additional fees. The 1x1 apartments are 1299 and im currently only paying 699 in the 4x4, mutual friend roommate is deciding on whether she wants to move into a 2x2 with me for 799 since she’s also fed up with living there. I’m currently not staying at the apartment to avoid talking to the sisters and I was just gonna pay the rent every month until July when the lease is over and stay at my parents house until then (basically paying for rent and not staying there)
I feel like there’s a better way to go about this, please provide your input! any feedback is much appreciated :)

Had a conversation with a guy at a Anesthesia training recently, and we were talking about pay. He mentioned that in his area (midwest?..) that OEM dialysis techs were getting paid under $20/hr, being hired without degrees. Is that accurate in your experience?
I know many jobs around the country are struggling to track proportionately to cost of living, but $18/hr? I mean fuck, dialysis is essentially life support.
I’ve been in dozens of biomedshops all over the country. There is plenty of guys out there who make double that, that do nowhere near the work load asked of the Dialysis world. Shit’s dirty, nasty, demanding.

Hello, I'm currently looking to upgrade my 645. I essentially only run when it comes to training, around 10-11 hours per week, as well as racing cross country, roads, or on a track. I've found a couple used Epic Pro, Fenix 7 solar, and 955 solar for all about the same great price. Originally I was only interested in the 955 solar but now I'm really having a tough time making a choice. Will the Epix pro or the Fenix 7 solar be too bulky/heavy for my main use? I think the Epix and Fenix might be more watch than I need but I feel they would be future proofing a bit more. Anyone else make a choice between these that can lend some advice?
