Got the see the first dress rehearsal performance tonight, and if it’s coming to your city I def recommend going! It’s super cool and while I do think it could’ve been a little scarier I thoroughly enjoyed it. There’s a good bit of audience interaction and they even take some volunteers to go up on stage at one point (they picked me and I got be a part of the show for a bit, super cool!). The special effects are awesome and there’s some really cool illusions, overall a very technically impressive show. It was a tad rough around the edges tonight but I’m positive in another week or two they’ll really have it nailed down, I’m really hoping this show does well and it opens the (red) door (hehe) for other shows like this in the future!

Why is he purely blaming Israel for not having peace, all of his talking points are just about the bad shit israel does. does he know how much the US supports islamic countries that destabilize the region? the US has sold billions to Egypt that literally sent their army to Libya Egyptian intervention in Libya (2015–2020)) (lets not even mention their human rights abuses and repressive regime), Saudi arabia and their funding of extremist sunni moskues in europe plus their literal war with yemen that caused hundreds of thoasands of deaths. What about Pakistan and the fact that despite being an important US ally for decades they still aided and supported the taliban during the US occupation of the country and what about Kashmir? ehy doesn't he talk about India and pakistan's fighting and settlements of this area, despite it being a conflict of three nuclear armed nations did he ever say "the US must stop ALL aid to these two countries until they stop settling kashmir and reach peace". no of course he never said this.
Of course in response to this he'll just indignantly say "it's all bad we don't need to help anyone there and completely disengage." not understanding or deliberately not addressing the issue that every time he talks about trouble in the middle east it's ONLY about Israel, "we must stop all aid and help to israel until they do whatever we want" literally not holding ANY other country to this standard. What about the fact the US still traded with Russia after they invaded kriemia and donbass, what about the US literally being China's biggest trading partner despite the real Persecution (closer to genocide) of Uyghurs in China or the massive replacement of population they are doing in Tibet.
But I guess why talk about other nations when you can just rag about israel and talk about ZOG and how jews don't have any real loyalty to the US. Fuck you pf jung and fuck your covering for neo nazis anti jewish agenda.

2025.01.18 07:00 Egomirrored What did random YT commentor mean exactly when he mentioned "batman has seen beyond the curtains of reality"?
Came across a comment on YouTube were a guy mentioned how batman is such a genius detective and tactician (i don't remember exact wording) but he said how batman is one of the few characters to have "seen beyond the veil " or "pierced through the veil of reality" or something to that effect. And this was years before the "batman who laughs" was a thing. But it was s interesting comment to think on. I know there's a couple of specific events he could've been talking about unless it was a generalizatio. Like I remember something about a giant golden cosmic wall made up of like cosmic giants or something and they even put sneaked dr doom on it as a cameo since he pulled the ft something in marvel event that got him stuck there. I think there were some DC comics were it went pretty meta like Batman meeting the writers. I don't know maybe there's time of examples of Batman "seeing beyond the curtains of reality" as the commentor put it. So I wanted to ask what examples of this occuring in the characters history. I also know he's encountered mytzlpuck or whatever the name of that little omnipotent god goofy like elf character that has gone meta too. Or that little batman character who happens to be a magic omnipotent character. Unless there the same lol I don't remember. But yeah curious as to what the commentor referred too unless he was generalizing.

looking for an anime for a friend and he said that he remembers the show having - a protagonist who died around the second core or season of the show and becomes a ghost - the protagonist has black or brown hair - the shows opening has three or so girls in chibi form hugging the main guy - there was one witch character - he said the show is relatively older and he watched it in 4:3 ratio does this sound familiar to anyone?

So I scored a 94 on the asvab and I believe a 129 on the ST and GT sections. My recruiter got me a waiver to not have to take the DLAB. At first he told me it was only valid for CAT I or II languages but now he's saying it's for all the categories. Anyone know if I'm gonna have to take the DLAB at some point?
