I have taken a challenge which ends on 14th Feb, I have the liberty to take any smart watch I want, no budget, but I'm confused between apple and garmin.
I do want a watch which tracks, I'm a need for numbers, I need a fitness tracker, long battery life, aesthetic look on my wrist, good sleep tracking and HR.
Also, I'm on my fat loss journey, hopefully, this watch can help and motivate me towards my goal.

so guys does via matter for uni application? context im a current j2 guy and ive done nothing for via last year (even tho my school keeps sending us opportunites)
in my head im just wondering that now with the 70rp system, many more people are going to get 70/70 so will via be the differential or will it be cca etc etc
+ is it too late because j2 liao so i shld focus on my studies instead of volunteering
im in a sports cca representing my jc (is that counted as via??), and currently for via im looking at giving sg or volunteer sg, but if anyo knows other ways to volunteer idm trying (i js dont like the elderly or kids volunteering one HAHAH)
im also designing a website for my religious organisation and i regularly contibute there, can i claim that as VIA?

hello! to start this off, i do have both a doctors and dermatologist appointment set up.
22 female. 224lbs. hispanic. social drinker so two/three times a month. not aware of any family breast cancer history. i am on welbutrin xL 500mg, metformin 500mg and inositol 500mg. With the occasional 25mg of hydroxyzine in order to sleep. i do have pcos diagnosed.
i did get this looked at urgent care but all they did was look at it and assume an abcess had formed then sent me off with cephalexin.
i could not feel any masses / lumps around the area. though i did find an almost water balloon like spot in the upper area of my breast so i will get that checked as well. ( gyno said she couldn’t feel it and chalked it up to a fluid filled cyst )
the circled area on my left nipple started off as a black/brown teeny scab that i picked off without much thought. it ended up turning into a white bleb no bigger than a pin head. i wiped that off in the shower and so it then turned into i guess a tiny wound? it would bleed and fill with puss then pop. repeating the process up to this most recent time where it looked like it was going away but now my nipple looks weird ? at least to me, my obgyn said it looks normal. i recently changed out my nipple jewelry to be titanium instead of surgical steel and it looks like that area is yet again filling with pus. this started around a month ago? what could this possibly be? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated <3

 | My 15 year old tortie and I took a nap on the afternoon of October 3, 2024. I woke up with her having passed in my arms. I was broken. It wasn’t expected at all. She lost some weight but was still herself. She was definitely one of my soul cats. I already have horrible depression anxiety adhd autism and losing my baby put me into a bad spiral. Luckily I had my pup and boyfriend who were very supportive while I grieved. My boyfriend knew I was struggling not having a cat by my side all the time (he was also grieving as he and Boo were very close and my pets are the first he had. I have a girl Lily but she is skittish and since Boo passed has been hiding out in the basement. I am taking her to the vet to make sure all is well). He said he’d get me a kitty for Christmas. He was set on an orange girl. He heard orange babies are playful and always around I did warn him they’re also crazy. We searched rescues near us but the lady was a tad weird. I found a post on craigslist. She was beautiful. December 1 we went to Detroit and I fell in love. I must’ve hugged the lady 5 times and gave her some canned food and cat nip for momma. I was so worried Christmas would be horrible not having Boo, but Daisy instantly became attached. Today is my birthday and she has kept a smile on my face the entire day, as she does every day. I want to cry thinking about how grateful I am to have her. My soul girls definitely sent her. I swear she’s 1/3 Angel, 1/3 Boo, and 1/3 wildcard. This is just a sappy post about how I was broken hearted beyond belief 3-4 months ago and within 1.5 months of having her she has helped me heal so much. It’s so fun watching my boyfriend play with her (his first pet!!). I am entertained and laughing so much everyday. I love her so much and know she loves me so much back (she’ll look at me and her pupils get bigger 🥹😭). How lucky are we to have beautiful orange cats. Beyond lucky I’d say.
