This might sound weird, but has anybody else had kind of muscle fatigue in their abs during the first trimester? Like feeling like you need to take a break from sitting upright or feeling like your core muscles are pulling if you sit kind of laying on your side? I only even thought to call it muscle fatigue because it feels a lot like what I've felt in the past after doing a core intensive strength workout. I'm just surprised because it's super early and I didn't think the belly stuff other than bloating would be affecting me yet.

She touches faces, presses her palms to their masks, yearning to show them what they could be if they dared to peel it away. But her own reflection is a stranger, and the mirrors lie in fragments.
Sleep is a thief. Dreams coil and hiss, trapping her in halls of static. Each door whispers her name, but she can't hear it right. The Trickster is gone, or hiding, or maybe waiting for her to stop searching.

2025.01.18 07:39 Accomplished_Pop5146 I was recently prescribed medication for OCD. Here are my symptoms. Wanting to know if others relate to them.

Obsessive features:
· Vague feelings of not feeling whole or complete.
· Feelings of incompetence and incapability.
· Intrusive thoughts about apparent social missteps.
· Intrusive thoughts/profound fear of socializing due to feeling like I may say the “wrong” thing. Fear of hurting feelings.
· Profound fear of driving that lasted a year.
· I have continuously formed intense/limerent crushes on people. Have not been without a crush in the last 16 years. It’s actually exhausting. Always obsessed with another human.
· Will occasionally fear I have damaged property or hurt a person.
· Sexual themes: sex with teachers, coworkers, supervisors. I engage in elaborate fantasy often assuming the role of the other person speaking a narrative to me (dissociative in nature: may be a trauma response)
· Not being able to start tasks because the timing doesn’t feel “right” (Ex: Unexpected free time opens up in my day, can’t do anything because something else was scheduled but now cancelled and it doesn’t feel like the time should be spent… can’t even explain it haha)
· Extreme/pathological doubt: I do not believe my memories or perceptions at all. This is probably the most distressing symptom.
· Strong views on morality and “doing the right thing”: obsessive thinking about having done the wrong thing and wronging others and society.

Compulsive features:
· Since childhood, I have counted down from 10 with varying levels of time in between the countdown in anticipation of events such as a car passing or a text from a friend. Ive developed this belief that I can control actions by doing this counting technique. It does not work. I do this maybe twice a week, but it has been more frequent in the past.
· Compulsive masturbation (2 hours a day): I feel that I can’t start my day without it and I become notably upset when someone attempts to interrupt me. It did ultimately lead to my relationship ending along with other compulsive behaviors. This duration has been present for the past 3 years but has been an issue since childhood. It changes from a source of relief to an act I must engage in.
· Compulsive checking of partner or exes’ social media: Doing this for the past 8 years after finding a partner in an extramarital affair. I was doing it before this though. I like to know everything I can about a person. This falls into the obsessive category too. I also do this because I like the idea of me being the best they’ve had (immature but feeds my weak ego)
· Memory hoarding: excessive journaling (may write 6-10 pages in a day, college ruled medium font..I want to quantify this better). I am wanting to make sure I have the facts of a situation down in my mind as correct as possible.
· Tied to the memory hoarding, I have an excessive and compulsive need to process and reprocess events. (2 hours a day) I am still working through things I did 10 years ago instead of living my current life. I note this as excessive rumination which I thought was depression but now am thinking it’s OCD. I think A LOT. I can spend.
· Compulsive substance use: alcohol, weed, nicotine, and caffeine.
· Compulsive checking of appearance in mirrors and pictures.

The products range from 2cm to 65cm in size.
I only have a single tube light right now + a ring flash.
I know I need more lights, soft boxes, light stands, a backdrop and so on. But do you have any recommendations for versions of these which are quick to setup and pack away into a small form factor so they don't take much space?
