 | Hi everyone! Yesterday we had trouble during our DnD session cause some of the characters sheets won't open (3 out 5 players had this problem, while the other two had no issues). I have another game running on the same server, but in that one all sheets work fine. I've checked on the modules on both games and they have the same ones active, so I don't think its a module-related problem. I've been monitoring the situation for some months now and I've seen that the prices have gone up these past few months. I checked in November my flight for may 2025 to Japan and the cost was of 650 euro (from Italy). I should have booked the. Cause now I see them at like 795 at the cheapest. Should I wait for February to book? Or should I book now? Will the prices even go down from now on for a flight on May 2025?

I'm new to react, and expo. I've started building an app that should read QR codes, but I'm currently stuck. I'm using CameraView from expo-camera to access the phone camera and scan QR codes, but I cannot make the Android camera focus. I have no issues on iOS. Reading the docs, it is clear that the autofocus works only for iOS. My question is, is there a way to have autofocus for Android?

2025.01.18 10:20 Gods-Of-Calleva TIL, there are no standards in the boost 148 rear axle standard.
Silly me.
Needed a rear though axle for a boost 148 12mm standard, quick Google, order one from web, wait a couple of days, part arrives and of course it doesn't fit.
But how did we get here, someone intentionally designed the spec for 148 boost, did they just skip the meeting where they said "I know, let's just agree a thread pitch".
Anyway, takeaway lesson for the day is every frame is different, and the easiest thing in the world to standardise never was.
Again, silly me.

These are my partner’s dad’s old French navy uniform trousers from 1975 and they are extremely dear to him.
They are pure wool and flat on the front — they usually look very sharp/clean lines, but yesterday he ran for a train and noticed that the crotch area has misshapen and gone baggy. I know that might not be instantly noticeable from the photos (it’s hard to photograph!) but are there any small tweaks or adjustments we could do to bring the shape back?
