Basically the title. We found our conure after they (don't know gender yet) flew away from their previous owner who didn't really look after them correctly and have had them for 2-3 years now.
Our conure pretty much only likes a couple of people who are allowed to scratch and pet them and everyone else acts kind of like a perch. However they have never liked my husband. The bird will actually actively fly up onto him only to bite him (hard enough to draw blood) on his neck, hands etc.
Any advice?

My apple watch seems to have been way off reality this morning which is annoying when I am starting to try and improve pace. I don’t really want to spend a fortune on more tech so has anyone got any tips either for how to help the watch know what’s going on, or low / medium tech ways to help me know what’s going on! I was thinking a clicker or 10 hairbands to add/remove per 100m but it annoys me then I’d not have decent data other than an overall time.

Me and my husband got married 11 months ago We have been arguing frequently which I heard is normal and the people that are married around me have been telling me it’s normal and that they had the same experience in their first year of marriage. I also believe we can get passed it because it’s all little and dumb arguments.
But there’s a bigger issue When we were engaged my fiance at the time (my now husband) did cocaine behind my back. And drugs are a BIG no for me so that was almost the end of it. But he apologised cried and made me believe it will never happen again. Up until 3-4 months into our marriage and he did it again. I told him it’s over now, but again I just couldn’t leave and I told him if it happens again after this just know this time as you do it he has lost me. SHOCKERRR He did it again for the third time.
On top of that after the second time he did it He also drank with his friend FOR FUN when I was alone grieving my grandma who passed 2 days before (I was the biggest mess) while he was out having fun with his friends…
I know the right thing to do is leave but I can’t bring myself to do it. It might sound stupid I know but I love him And I’m embarrassed to go through a divorce Not only because we haven’t even been married for a year but in general.
And id have to move back in with my dad. Who I don’t really get along with I don’t have an option but to move back in with him
Any advice will really help as I can’t talk about this with anyone

Hi!
I'm planning to build a PC with the ASUS TUF Gaming B650 Plus for the Motherboard and the Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 for the SSD.
The SSD has a low-profile heat spreader on its own (see https://www.kingston.com/unitedkingdom/en/ssd/gaming/kingston-fury-renegade-nvme-m2-ssd).
Now I saw, that the ASUS TUF Gaming B650 Plus also comes with heat spreaders for all M.2 ports.
Can sombody tell me, if it will be a problem to use this SSD with this motherboard, because as I understand it, there would be 2 heat spreaders combined then :D
