Moin ✌️, Ich hatte letztes Jahr mit investieren in ETF begonnen und habe ein Depot mit Sparplänen bei der ING eröffnet.
Heute habe ich gesehen, dass zu drei meiner vier ETF Centbeträge als "Wettpapierkauf" von meinem Verrechnungskonto abgezogen wurden. Deklariert wurde das Ganze als Zinsen/Dividende. Alle meine ETF sind aber thesaurierend, hier als Beispiel der EM.
Daher meine vllt. Sehr doofe Frage: Um was handelt es sich hier? Sind das die laufenden Kosten der ETF oder die Vorabpauschale?

this is less of a post asking for relationship advice and more so advice on ending a relationship and how to cope with the aftermath. if this doesn't fit then i'm very sorry and i'll delete it 😞
my (20F) boyfriend (20M) and i have known each other for over four years now. but, we've only been dating for a couple of months (LDR). that's because we recently got back together after a long period of separation as we were having relationship issues that caused us to split. i spent a lot of time trying to find a way to make things work but one consistent issue we have is communication. the problem is that a lot of the time communication causes arguments between us which culminate in long periods of silence (on his end) and it takes us a very long time to recover from them. there are also periods of time where he will stop responding to me for a couple of days, sometimes up to a week. these aren't caused by arguments and are seemingly random. i understand that everyone needs a little "me time," so i leave him alone whenever he's unresponsive. i would never want to make him feel suffocated or that i'd ever be angry with him for needing personal space.
recently, he has been taking a lot more time for himself to the point where we don't really talk anymore. this is affecting our relationship and making me feel like it isn't salvageable. i absolutely love when we do spend time together but i don't really feel like i know him anymore. i feel like i've lost him.
this is a bit tmi but we also do not have any kind of sexual relationship. we're in an LDR, so sex is out of the question but we also don't do anything else. we don't have phone sex or send nudes, the most we ever have is the occasional flirty joke or compliment. which i appreciate, but it has left me feeling unattractive and unsatisfied.
i love him but i feel so disconnected with him and it feels like he hasn't been interested in me in a very long time.
i know that i'm going to have to break up with him & it's something that i've been thinking about for awhile now. but without him i'll have no one. i recently went through a traumatic event which caused me to lose all of my friends. he's all i have left but i know i'm only holding onto a dead relationship.
what i'm asking for is some advice on how to deal with a breakup as a person with no friends. and any advice on how i should go about breaking up with him would be helpful aswell, thank you 🤍

For a little context, I would in a level 1 trauma facility in trauma/surgical ICU. I love many of the nurses that I work with, but there are a few that make the unit feel so competitive, and I feel as if I lose this “competition” often. The completion that im referring to is who can be the most vocal about how good of a nurse they are so that they get the sickest patients every single shift. For example, there’s one nurse who calls in the middle of the afternoon to ask if there’s any “good” sick patients and if so, they’ll pick up a shift as long as they get that patient. Also, I have a friend who never hesitates to announce how amazing she is at being a nurse, and how much she “advocates” for her patients and how she’s “not afraid” to talk back to doctors. She always has the most elaborate and heroic stories to tell about past patients and compliments the families have apparently given her, and she is in turn rewarded by being given the sickest ones. Even our new grads are being given extremely critical patients being they’re loud enough about it. I, on the other hand, prefer to stay quiet and not speak about my accomplishments or when a family compliments me. It feels dirty to me. My last shift I worked felt like my breaking point.
I had a patient who came in to us practically brain dead already, and it was me who had to keep them “stable” until family from out of town could come say goodbye. I was so sick and so sad for them all night, and I gave them my entire heart and soul. The patient is currently just awaiting for official brain death testing during dayshift tomorrow, and then will most likely being made a 1:1 LiveOn afterwards. However, the fiend that I mentioned earlier who looovveeessss to brag about her compassion and skills, will be back to work before I am. Which means she will absolutely get this patient and I will never have her again. I’ll only ever hear about it when she tells her heroic stories and makes it so that everyone knows how “big” her heart is. I’m so sick over this. I know it’s not fair to say that I feel like I’m competing to have a patient of my own, but God it really seems that way. Does anyone else ever experience this? How do I get past it?
