I have been in a wheelchair for 7 years, with a T12 injury to the lumbar zone, I can't move my legs because the injury is complete from the hip down.
Now, I don't have any muscle mass in my glutes due to the loss of muscle mass, I was wondering if you know if there is a routine, or if it is even possible, to develop muscle volume there???
Most routines I find only use the legs. If a FES (functional electrical stimulation) is necessary, I have it.

I noticed that during the harpy fight, Astarion will call a harpy a "fowl wretch" instead of a "foul wretch" whereas Shadowheart calls them "foul" winged charlatans. You'd never realize it just hearing it outloud but Astarion was making a little joke. :)

2025.01.18 12:10 One_Can5343 Coat Closet or Bigger Pantry?
Currently working with an architect on preliminary plans for 3/2.5 ranch with a walkout basement. When I asked him to add a coat closet, he said people aren’t really doing those these days, and utilizing the mudroom. He suggested, instead, adding that coat closet space to the pantry. Do people really not use coat closets? I’m kind of impartial I guess. The pantry is already a good size, but having a larger one would be nice. And we do have a large mudroom off the garage, but there’s not a closet in there. When I look at house plans online, I’m always baffled by the lack of closets. It feels impractical.
