Hi All, I have been experiencing weird changes to altitude on the watch - Fenix 7 Standard - over the last week or so.
For example when I went to bed, the altitude was around +30m - which is pretty much correct. During the night it changed to -43m and then over a few hours drifted back to around -25m. It stayed around this with +/-5m variation as I moved around my single storey flat for an hour or so. Since It has jumped in a couple of steps back to the correct +30m.
How do I stop this happening.
I have tried the rinsing under warm water a few times.

Need male POV. Everything was super healthy and communication was great in the relationship. Then something changed. He started lying for no reason. Closes off abruptly and then starts acting all normal. Sometimes there is love bombing and then there is super cold attitude. A few times he acted super toxic or mean and then called it a joke.
Tried everything to resolve issue, like communication, giving space, suggesting therapy (which apparently has made it worse). Is it the time to cut ties and move on? Everyone around me says this is all normal and the healthy relationships i am expecting in life are nonexistent now. And i should be settling for this kinda behaviour.

Advice for introducing cat and kitten
Hey guys, I’ve got a 12 week old Scottish Straight kitten which I’ve had for a few weeks and I’m trying to introduce her to my resident SFcat. We’ve done the whole switching scents/ seeing each other through the door etc and they’ve both been ok and happy. The confusion I’m experiencing and advice I really need lies with when they’re in the same room. My kitten is extremely high energy (the first one wasn’t 🤣) and when the resident cat comes in he makes all the right noises such as trilling etc no growling/hissing/spitting but then he starts whacking her really hard and lunging at her and has caught her her couple of times with his teeth. I’m not sure if this is normal behaviour to assert dominance? As when this usually happens she seems to be jumping on him or annoying him. It does get to the point where she doesn’t do anything and he just starts hitting her and going for her so I separate them as I’m not really sure what to do from there 🤷🏻♀️ Again, any advice would be much appreciated 😊

Im currently in a VT program for BVD as well as exotropia. Im in my 4th week and ive been wearing prisms for a while but i was wondering how long does it take for VT to work or show signs of recovery? Also, does VT makes it worse im the beggining? I seem to be sufferng more from my symptoms now than before when i wasnt doing VT, specially the feeling of tension in my eyes and eye strain all throughout the day . Thanks!

During the regular season it's ok to be rambunctious, but this is the serious time, the big leagues. There's no second chances if Sewell runs the wrong route because he couldn't hear right. V kvetnu valime s peveckym sborem do Blavy. Pojedeme autobusem a potrebujeme:
1) Tip na ubytovani pro cca 30 lidi klidně hostel, penzion, apartmány, nejlépe v centru.
2) tip na ubytování pro řidiče autobusu, s tím, aby tam ten autobus mohl i zaparkovat (ideálně zdarma) - klidně na okraji Bratislavy
3) tipy na restaurace/hospody v centru, kde se dá dobře a rychle najíst
Díky za pripadne tipy a preju vse nejlepsi do noveho roku.
P.S. Byl jsem v Tatrach a neletel jsem vrtulnikem. ✌🏻
