2025.01.18 13:10 railan286 Conditional Formatting menu will not open in Firefox
I primarily use Firefox. I have closed the browser and reopened, and I have tried multiple sheet files.
When I select the conditional formatting menu (Format >> Conditional Formatting, or right click and selecting conditional formatting) nothing happens. No menu appears on the side for me to try and create conditional formatting rules.
When I open the sheet in Chrome, the menu appears instantly. Has anyone else had this issue in Firefox, and were you able to find a fix?

Hi, hoping to get some insights and advice!
I'm late diagnosed autistic and trying to progress my career in marketing communications, because I want more responsibility. I'm looking to leave my company because the growth opportunities just aren't there. (unless someone leaves so their role becomes vacant, but I don't think that will happen any time soon!) And my manager is supportive that they believe I'm ready for more - they just can't offer it right now.
This is my first time applying for roles since knowing I'm autistic, and I've noticed three things:
- When I apply and tick the box that discloses a disability, I get an automatic rejection.
- When I don't tick the box and get through to a phone screening, if I disclose then that I'm autistic I always get a follow up email that says the hiring manager didn't select my CV for interview, but they'll consider me for future roles.
- When I don't disclose a diagnosis and get through to interview, I've asked for small adjustments to help me succeed, but then I get rejected after the interview with non-actionable or non-specific feedback.
I know the job market is terrible right now, but I've still been able to secure 8 first interviews so I know my experience is appealing. Does anyone have any insight or ideas into what's happening? Is it the fact that I'm disclosing a disability? Or is it just fierce competition and I need to keep trying?

بس حاسس ان الطب عشان اقف على رجلي واستقر هياخد وقت طويل جدا مقارنة لو دخلت حاسبات و شديت حيلي فيها و مدايق جدا من حتة اني هقعد وقت كتير معتمد على أهلي وللعلم يعني الحمد لله احنا حالتنا كويسة (ده أكتر حاجة مؤثرة في تفكيري في اتخاذ قراري)

2025.01.18 13:10 Scufedmuffin I have 11 demon faces, what do I do with them?
I've been doing a ton of runs of sukuna and have collected a total of 11 demon faces and I have no clue what to do with them because I don't want to just sell them because money is worthless to me at this point and it'd just be a waste. It’s so frustrating. I got on dating app out of spite and started swiping and I see his face again with a prompt that says “all I ask is that you are dead inside but wear a pretty mask” . This is after he broke up with me telling I was “too alive” for him because I feel things. When I met him for closure last week, he lied through his teeth that he was planning to be SINGLE for the next six years and I fucking believed him and felt empathetic when he told me he was too tired to take efforts to feel things. Now he has all the energy to date again. I wish I never met him in my life. I wish I never liked him. I wish I never went out with him. I wish I never gave my heart to him. I wish I didn’t believe him when he told me he saw the potential of us getting engaged. I wish I didn’t believe anything that came out of his fuckifn mouth.

Hi! I have an almost 11 year old boy who is Autistic. He has asked for the first time if he could have a birthday party! Yay! Our house is too small to host so we will have to have it in the local community hall. He’s not interested in sports or any type of Nerf games, or physical activity in general as he has spine and leg issues make it difficult for him to partake. Most times when we are invited to a party in the community hall, it’s either a soccer party or bouncy castle party. I’m trying to think of ideas that are less physical so that my son can join in. What are some activity recommendations to keep a group of 15 rowdy 10/11/12 year olds happy? We live very rural so access to services is limited. We don’t have bowling, soft play, leisure centre or anything for that nature here unfortunately.
