I'm not sure if this belongs here, so correct me if I'm in the wrong place
I'm in England and my girlfriend is in Ohio. She's being abused by her guardians and I decided to call the police. When the police arrived, they spoke to me on the phone and asked me some thing. Later, they asked why I reported something without evidence, and I replied with "I was exercising my right to report a crime I witnessed" to which the detective laughed and said "From overseas? Nice try, buddy". He was also being really generally disrespectful to me and my girlfriend. After that, my girlfriend told me the detective said that it doesn't matter if he's rude to me because I'm in another country.
My questions are, do I have the right to report a crime from overseas? Is the officer allowed to be rude because I'm not in the US? And can I make a complaint about this detective from England?

 | Purchased at the same time from the same vendor in bulk roughly 5 years ago (presumably from Amazon š) when the building was constructed. Screw on the left is 1/8, screw on the right is 3/32. We've sometimes found 7/64 when going to remove them. And to make it more infuriating, that wall dog is about an inch too short to open properly so none of them can hold any weight. From animated TV shows to animated movies I like, games, anime, and much more! They are mostly cartoons because Iām a huge die-hard toon fan. Don't worry, there is also anime too. I rp as Canons and I only have one oc to play for now, and my ocās male and heās a dog walking on two feet. Hope that doesnāt bother you, I think. Oh, and get this!
