Hello everyone, my baby has recently been diagnoised with subclinical hypothyroidism, because of slightly elevated TSH levels and normal T4(by second newborn screen) . They gave him on 37mcg of levothyroxine and suggested we give her daily and that it can resolve on its own in 2-3 years. The pediatrician refuses to monitor the levels for few more weeks and we are still waiting for an endocrinologist appointment. I am freaking out with this diagnosis and I just want to understand if anyone is in the same boat and have any experiences to share.

Me and my partner are looking at buying a property in Scotland for the first time. We have been looking at houses/flats for a while, the market is really tough at the moment as you can imagine.
We have seen a house we like (myself more than my partner) and we are considering putting an offer. The thing is, the offers they ask for (over 270k) are below the home report value (280k) which confuses me a bit. I've seen sellers asking for more than the report value, but never less. My partner thinks it's because they want buyers bidding for the property.
My question is, how much would you consider is okay to put as an offer? Should we offer more than the home report value? (This would be 280k). Would sellers be expecting less than 280k but more than 270k? It feels like a big jump if they expect more than 280k, which again, makes me wonder why are they asking for offer over 270k. Also, they have 5 notes of interest, so they have a closing date for the 22nd of January.
I hope all this rant makes sense. We are kind of lost as we are first time buyers. Any advice or guidance is highly appreciated!

A 1968 6105-8000 “Slim Willard” with a very special distinction. It was produced before the standardization of 6-digit serial numbers, so much like the 62Mas, it has a 7-digit serial. I received this watch from the original owner who purchased the watch while on leave in Japan. He assured me (and I believe him from the condition) that the case was never opened. It had suffered some minor cosmetic water damage resulting in some plating loss and lume degradation. I was able to save and restore the original lume with my lightening method. Not a re-lume, but a restoration with a full mechanical service of the movement (including two additional jewels in the arbor ports), case and crown. Hi all. I’m new to this. Started experiencing VM symptoms in Nov and have been on a rollercoaster ever since.
Most recently the headache is rarely present, the trigeminal nerve pain is not constant like it once was but I feel it 5-20 times a day and it’s manageable when it’s present.
Unfortunately the lightheadedness has increased since the nerve pain has reduced and light sensitivity to screens has been constant throughout this all.
I’m in vestibular and upper cervical PT, upper cervical chiropractic care, and twice weekly massages. PT and massages seem to help the most. I’m not totally sold on the chiropractic part but I’m giving it a try for 6 weeks.
I’ve tried various medications: three triptans, Tylenol, an oral steroid. A neurologist gave me lidocaine injections in the occipital nerve and trigeminal nerve areas.
My PCP is starting me on 240mg ER of verapamil. The pharmacist mentioned dizziness is a side effect, which is obviously the exact opposite of what I’m going for. When is the best time for me to take this med? Can I take it at night or is it best during the day? Has anyone had success with this med beyond the initial dizziness? Thanks!

I ordered this with 6 other sets, so they were all in a big box. This was a fun build. I always love seeing MOCs and the creative build techniques implemented. It was missing a pretty critical piece behind the eye, but I was able to supplement from my own supply. The brick clutch great. The pieces were Gobricks. And honestly, I may like the feel of them more than actual OEM Lego. The light brick for the eye is a great touch. And there were long pioes/tubes for long blades of grass, but I didn't like how it looked so I settled for the already intricate base. I have more Horizon on the horizon from my backlog. I got tired of manually switching autohiding on/off depending on whether my MacBook Air is connected to an external display or not, so I decided it would be fun to try and automate the process. So I build AutoDock, a tiny menubar app that will automatically hide and show the dock based on display size. Just connect your external monitor, go to the apps's settings, select your display from the "display threshold" options, and leave the app running (it has a option to launch on start up).
It's based on display size so even if you connect a different display, as long as it's the same size or lager than the display you configured, the app will work as expected.
