after 6 sessions of PRF with little success i decided to take the plunge for some light under eye filler w restalyne L. went to a very high end derm. they decided i was a good candidate based on hollowing and bone structure. I definitely noticed an improvement but am i experiencing a tyndall effect? i deal with hyperpigmentation under eyes on top of hollowing so not sure if iâm just seeing that still in a new way because of the filled space. submitted by draps1240 to 30PlusSkinCare [link] [comments] |

Classic Coen brothers with details in this screenshot⌠The Dude testing ink scratches, a legit phone number, and his Venice address very closely resembling the exterior of his bungalow. This whale pic and his taste in music later (whale sounds during his bath) both precluding break-ins. They really tie the bathroom scenes together. Coincidentally, notice the check date is precisely one decade prior to Americaâs fateful attack with another Bush in office. âThis aggression will not stand, Man.â submitted by epicrecipe to lebowski [link] [comments] |

2025.01.18 19:29 LuckyStatistician144 How Can We Build a Movement to End Wealth Inequality Together?
Iâve spent my life witnessing and living the consequences of wealth inequality. As someone who was homeless from 16 to 20, Iâve seen firsthand how broken our system is, and I canât help but feel weâre long overdue for radical change.
In the US, billionaires hoard unimaginable wealth while millions of people struggle to afford basic necessities. Itâs not just unfairâitâs unsustainable. I believe we need to dismantle the systems that allow this level of inequality to persist.
Hereâs something Iâve been thinking about: history shows that it doesnât take a majority to create change. If just 3% of the population (around 12 million people in the U.S.) were to protest in a meaningful, sustained way, we could see real transformation. The question is: how do we unite people for this kind of action?
I know many of us feel powerless against a system so deeply entrenched, but I believe thereâs power in unity and in sharing our lived experiences. For me, talking openly about my struggles has helped challenge the belief systems that keep us divided. Itâs also helped me connect with others who share a similar vision for a fairer, more equitable world.
So, Iâm asking you:

2025.01.18 19:29 CrimeInCanada Drug dealers saw M'Chigeeng as a place to make money, murder trial for (Prince Graham) who is one of seven people initially charged in connection with (Brandon Brooks) death
Toronto man shot to death on the First Nation by rival dealers, Crown alleges Author of the article: Harold Carmichael Published Jan 16, 2025 ⢠Last updated 1 day ago ⢠4 minute read A drug turf war led to the shooting death of a Toronto man on the M'Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island in 2022, a jury at the Sudbury Courthouse heard Thursday. PHOTO BY ED KAISER /Postmedia, file Article content A drug turf war led to the shooting death of a Toronto man on the MâChigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island in 2022, a jury at the Sudbury Courthouse heard Thursday. âTo the eyes of the drug dealers, MâChigeeng was a highly profitable area to do business,â said assistant Crown attorney Cecilia Bouzane, in her opening address at the start of the first-degree murder trial of Prince Almando Graham, 39, of North York. âPrince Graham was a drug dealer. He made it known to the people of MâChigeeng (that) he would possess the reserve. This was his turf.â Graham has been in custody since March 15, 2023, for the death of Brandon Brooks, 30, of Toronto on April 5, 2022. Graham was one of seven people initially charged in connection with Brooksâ death. The other six were: Jerome Fuller, then 20, of Newmarket; Sajieth Kamaraj, then 26, of Markham; Umainesan Manuel, then 30, of Scarborough; Warren Mills, then 21, of Brampton; Jeromie Simon, then 20, also of Brampton; and Robert Edwards, then 31, of MâChigeeng. On Thursday, the first five people listed were severed from the murder indictment and will be dealt with separately. What Graham did, detailed Bouzane as she outlined the Crownâstheory in the case was to send five people in a Toyota Rav-4 to the Manitoulin Island community to deal with competing drug dealers. Equipped with masks, a knife, and two handguns, the group headed north on April 4, 2022. After visiting Robbie Edwards â a MâChigeeng drug dealer who owed money to Graham â and ordering him to pay up, the group forced him into the Rav-4 and got him to show them where drug houses in the community were located. Edwards showed them a home on Highway 540 and then the residence of Jane Migwans on Pine Street, where Brooks was selling drugs out of a bedroom. After dropping Edwards off at his home, the Rav-4 group went to Migwansâ home around 1:20 a.m. April 5. Four masked men broke in through the back door and entered a rear bedroom where Brooks was sleeping. Brooks was beaten, kicked and then shot once in the abdomen. The men, meanwhile, told Migwans at gunpoint to remain in the residence, lock the door and not call police. âIt was a brutal and violent home invasion,â said Bouzane. âThey took (Brooks) phone â the only working phone in the home.â The Rav-4 group drove off in a rush, but Migwans ran to a nearby home and called 911. Police stopped the Rav-4 before it left Manitoulin Island and arrested the five occupants. Officers recovered two handguns that had been thrown from the vehicle. Brooks had no vital signs as he was being loaded into an ambulance. Despite repeated chest compressions and intubation, paramedics could not revive Brooks by the time the ambulance reached the hospital in Little Current. Bouzane said Migwans will not be because she died last September, but her statements to police â including a video statement â will be presented in court. âBy listening to the (video) statement, you will get to know her, as if she is here herself,â Bouzane told jurors. The assistant Crown attorney said the Crownâs evidence will include a torn-up map, a black knife and two handguns believed to have been used in the home invasion (one being a Glock 9-millimetre handgun) and masks. âGunshot residue was found on two passengersâ clothing in the Rav-4,â said Bouzane. âBrooksâ blood and DNA was found on a sweater of one of the five men.â Cellphone records will also be entered as evidence, said Bouzane. An autopsy determined Brooks died of a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The trialâs first witness, primary care paramedic Matthew Mahoney, said he and his partner got a call about 1:25 a.m. about a man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He said that when he entered Migwansâ home about 10 minutes later, a shirtless man â Brooks â was lying on his right side on the floor with a wound to the chest. âThere was no bleeding, no exit wound,â he testified. Mahoney said the man was barely conscious. âHe was still making noises, but not able to talk, could not follow instructions,â said the paramedic. âHe had a small hole in the upper right quadrant of his abdomen. That was the only injury we could see.â Mahoney said that after getting the man into a stretcher and outside to load into the ambulance, he had no vital signs. As a police officer drove the ambulance to Little Current about 20 minutes away, Mahoney said he and his partner worked on Brooks inside the ambulance in an attempt to revive him without success. Assistant Crown attorneys Bouzane and Matthew Geigen-Miller are prosecuting the case, while Susan Von Achten is representing Graham. The trial continues Friday. It is expected to run for six weeks.
