Lupin's George H.W. Bush in all his glory
Over the past few months, I've been watching through the 90's Lupin releases for the first time. And since I've watched Napoleon's Dictionary and From Siberia with Love, I've had a burning question that I need answers on. In Napoleon's Dictionary, Bush is straight up stated to have had an affair with Madonna, as a way to show how his popularity isn't affected by personal failings. (It's a grand dose of historical irony, I know.) At first I brushed this off as being a weird idiosyncratic thing.
But, then, in the next movie, President Bush (erm, President Butch) goes to Rasputon, in which the evil cult leader literally says that Bush has had an affair with an actress, who is heavily implied to be Madonna. (Rasputon also says "If she were a secretary or something, it wouldn't be a problem." I'm sure another president in the 90's took this advice to heart.)
Where does this implication of Bush and Madonna's affair come from? I've never heard it in any American source that I know of. Was it just something that Kashiwabara (the writer of these specials) created out of whole cloth to mock American leaders more generally? Was it a common joke in Japan? If not, why is it treated as a given that Bush had an affair with Madonna of all people? Is it merely an update of the old JFK and Marilyn Monroe Jokes? If anyone could shine a light on this mystery, I would be very grateful, because this recurring joke leaves me befuddled.

I'm looking at upgrading to an EGPU for my Ally X. I come to this conclusion playing Space Marine 2, I need more power to run this game with better visuals. And ofcourse other games too.
I'm looking for an enclosure, I want it to be hassle free and very user friendly.
I'm also looking for recommendations for a graphics card that will play everything at max settings 1080p. If possible thank you

Our Dutchie led us to a box of these adorable little floof balls under a picnic table in the dark. Wife immediately swooped them up and now we have 3 kittens. We are at the vet for a check up now, but any advice/tips to raise these little ones up strong cats would be greatly appreciated!
