I'm facing a serious problem with my Acer Nitro 5 AN517-51 and would like to share what I've tried to get more insights. Any suggestion will be welcome!
Notebook Specifications • Model: Acer Nitro 5 AN517-51 • Processor: Intel Core i5-9300H • Storage: Two NVMe SSDs • RAM: 24 GB • BIOS: InsydeH20 Setup Utility Rev. 5.0 • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
Problem Description • The notebook completely freezes with any physical movement, however small. • The screen stays on, the keyboard lights stay on, but the system is unresponsive and the sound stops. • This occurs in Windows and also within the BIOS. • After freezing, the notebook sometimes fails to boot: the keyboard lights come on, but the fans do not spin, and the system fails to boot.
Errors in the Event Viewer • Kernel-Power 41 at the exact moment of the freezes. • DCOM 10005 indicating failure to start critical services. • WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR on some blue screens.
Solution Attempts 1. Complete Physical Maintenance: • Cleaning the fans, changing the thermal paste (Emplastec TS Cold). • Cleaning of SSD and RAM memory contacts. 2. Tests Without SSD and RAM: • Even without these components, the BIOS freezes, suggesting a central hardware failure. 3. BIOS changes: • I disabled Fast Boot and Lid Open Resume, but the problem persists.

- Attention Monitoring: With Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD), you can currently look away from the road for about 5 seconds before the system prompts you to confirm you're still attentive.
- Hands on Wheel: Previously, FSD required constant hand contact with the steering wheel, but this has relaxed over time, now only enforcing it during complex driving scenarios or after prolonged inattention.
Potential Future Enhancements:
- Extended Look-Away Periods: Tesla could extend the time drivers are allowed to look away from the road, especially under ideal conditions (e.g., on freeways during good weather). Starting at 10 seconds, this could incrementally increase to 15 seconds or more.
- User Notification: Introducing a timer or audible warning could inform drivers when they've reached the limit and need to refocus on driving.
Discussion Points:
- Safety of Extended Periods:
- How many seconds do you think are safe with FSD V13 on HW4? Tesla and Ford currently allow around 5 seconds. What about 10 or 15 seconds?
- Is the existing HW4 camera system capable of supporting these extended periods? What are the implications?
- Level 3 Autonomy:
- Would extending the look-away time make FSD a Level 3 system? Does the system need an open-ended time frame, or would conditional time limits (e.g., 4 hours unless an event like charging is needed) suffice?

- What about letting the driver close their eyes, i.e. going to sleep. Power naps for 15 minutes? 3h?
- Would you call a system that under ideal conditions allows a licensed drivers to sleep for 4h in the driver seat a Level 4 system?
- Unsupervised:
- At what point would you remove the "(Supervised)" label? 1 minute? 4 hours? Eyes closed? When no driver is required anymore?

I've found a contradiction between the teachings of both masters, I don't know if I misunderstood something but it got me very confusing. Eckhart says we are not our feelings, thoughts and emotions, that they arise and go away, and the observer is the ultimate reality while Krishnamurti seems to say the complete opposite in the excerpt below:
"You have been angry, is that anger different from you? You are only aware of that anger - at the moment of anger you are not, but a second or a minute later you say, 'I have been angry'. You have separated yourself from that thing called anger and so there is a division. Similarly (laughs), is the reaction which you call fear different from you? Obviously it is not. So you and that reaction are the same. When you realise that, you don't fight it, you are that. Right? I wonder if you see it. Then a totally different action takes place, which is, before, you have used positive action with regard to fear, say, 'I must not be afraid, I will deny it, I'll control it, I must do this and that about it, go to a psychologist' - you know, all the rest of it. Now when you realise, when there is the fact - not realise - when there is the fact that you are the reaction, there is no you separate from that reaction. Then you can't do anything, can you? I wonder if you realise, you can't do anything. Therefore a negation, a negative, a non-positive observation is the ending of fear. Right?"

Game: Hearts of Iron IV Site: DLCs from Cs.rin.ru OS and System spec: Windows 10 16gb ram Ryzen 5 4600g
I have Hearts of Iron IV on steam and recently i downloaded some dlcs and used the CreamAPI to unlock it. I managed to get the dlcs to work normally, but almost everytime i turn off my pc and turn it again the day after the dlcs simply stop working and i have to do all the process again by coping the creamapi files to the game folder. Sometimes it only takes one try to get it running again but sometimes it ends up taking several attempts.
I used both the original CreamAPI and modified it myself following the step by step guide and an already modified version on csrinru for hoi4.
Is there anyway to prevent the dlcs from stop working so i don't need to apply the CreamAPI everyday?

Hi All,
It is now 8 weeks since unprotected sex and I still haven't gotten my period.
I took EllaOne 2 days after sex.
I'm 35f.
I have tested for pregnancy once, sometimes twice a week for the last 6 weeks, all negative. I've used different brands, early tests etc.
I have PCOS so my cycles are never normal, I have been having on and off blood only when wiping every now and then but no period. I had a day last week where I thought it was finally my period, it warranted using a pad but then the day after it vanished again.
What is going on?
Anyone else experience this?
When did your period finally come?
I have taken EllaOne before, about 6 months ago and didn't have an issue.

My husband is about to have surgery and be unable to do almost any lifting for 3-4 months. Meanwhile, I struggle to do things like laundry (doesn’t help that it’s downstairs) and bending over to bathe our kid.
I’m looking into getting a foldable wagon to help bring groceries to the door. Maybe a grabby arm thing but my kid just likes to play with those so they always go missing.

Hi, I live in Toronto. I’m trying to decide between a cannondale quick 6, and an opus Mondano. I like the upright position of the Mondano, but I could change the stem on the quick 6 to get an upright position.
The Mondano is on sale and new it would cost me around 540 The quick 6 is pre-owned but practically mint from a local bike shop for the same price (actually 480, but plus 60 to change the stem)
Which one is better? How about lighter?
For context I want to use it for some city riding but mostly bike trails.

I am almost done with Storm and Shield... in one day... I dont know why people dont like this one. I love it. I loved the first book too (also read in 1-2 days). If this is the worst one... I can't wait to keep reading!!! Im only sad that its not a finished series and I am devouring it!

I love how the author manages to write a great FMC while still keeping the MMC strong and opinionated as well! They actually seem like partners! I also love the whole strength in restraint theme throughout and the appreciation for emotional, mental, physical, and magical strengths and how one doesnt have to be better than the other.
