Trying to determine the best route to go here. I have a pretty good opportunity to start something fresh with my company implementing a client API. We will basically have them send us specific data but not every vendor does it the same way. So I’d like to also have an additional structure for custom data that would fit into the concrete api data
So an example would be:
Interface
GetData1 GetData2 GetData3
In order for a successful transfer of data we must have the data formatted a specific way, obviously.
But client may do “GetData1” differently by providing additional data points that we can transform into the way we need “GetData1”. But others may not and want to just give it to us exactly how it’s needed without additional data.
So we can set abstract classes for each client but I was hoping thatAra each time that happens instead we make it a generalized class so that we could potentially use that option as a selling point for future clients that may want to do something similar.
What specific design pattern should I steer myself towards that would fit this?
I want a very specific structure but allow flexibility in how the data points for that structure are set

Hey everyone,
I’m seeing a marine at the moment I met online. I am aware of his busy schedule and he can not talk all the time. We have only been talking for more than a month and I believe we are just seeing where things go. We have face-timed a couple times and text. I’m afraid he has a girlfriend where he is stationed and I am the girl he has back at home. He made all these plans and keeps telling me that he can’t wait to see me when he comes back. When we talk it’s electric and the connection is there. He never compliments my looks but only my personality. He values my opinion but i’m unsure he means all of this. His communication is lacking. He makes promises that he will text and call and than doesn’t. I am aware he can not talk every day and I am okay with him speaking to me once a week. It’s just the false promise. Am i wasting my time? I heard that military men especially marines, they play the game and cause a lot of heart break on women. I am f(22) and he is m(28). He seems to be genuine but when there is radio silence from him, I get scared. Any advice?

Hi! I'm 18F and starting to realize i dont really know anything about myself. I dont know what my favourite colour, song, movie anything is. My opinion about myself is so contradictory. I think I'm pretty and am happy with the way I look, but I also think everyone else thinks I'm ugly (especially without makeup). I think I'm confident but also get so anxious while meeting people and immediately think that they dont like me. I think I'm nice but also think I'm mean and judgmental. I think I'm smart but come exam time I think I'm the stupidest person alive. I think most of the positive stuff (except abt my looks) feels like more of a self soothing/coping/ fake it till you make it type thing that I say to myself. I have no core concept of who I am as a person. If anyone asked me to describe myself to them, I would have no idea what to say, my mind just goes blank. I want to know myself, what my values and beliefs are, or do I just not have any? I want to be my friend. What can I do?

By staying in the quaint town, Yukito soon becomes friends with the locals. Why should I watch Air? Air is an adaptation of a visual novel from Key. Key is best known for creating the series Clannad. This adaptation is done by Kyoto Animation, who is a prolific studio by anime fans. That's the same studio who adapted Clannad and Clannad: After Story. Air is a part of the big three sad animes of the 2000s: Clannad of course being one of them, and Kanon being the other one. Written by Fumihiko Shimo, who was the head writer for Clannad but also was the head writer for series such as Full Metal Panic, Amagi Brilliant Park, and New Game, this adaptation is filled with a ton of well known talented people behind it. It's also one of the last leading roles of Tomoko Kawakami, who tragically passed away from cancer in 2011. She's best known as the voice of Utena in the eponymous series.
2025 marks the 20 year anniversary of one of the most underrated animes of the 2000s. It's overshadowed by another Key visual novel, but there's a lot to like here. It's also roughly made by the same crew that adapted that one. I haven't seen Air since I watched it in 2012, and I want to see if it holds up like it does in my mind. If this goes well, I'll probably do the same thing for Kanon's 20 year anniversary, which is an anime I haven't actually seen before.

More information The rewatch will begin two weeks from now on February 1st, with one episode being watched each day and the threads being posted at 6:00 PM EDT. The last episode will be on February 14th after which we will have an overall series discussion thread the very next day. Episode 12 will lead into Air In Summer which is a pair of OVAs that expand on some aspects of the show. I've never seen Air In Summer, so that part I'm going in as a first timer.

hi. first post, really just a rant, no info content or advice. middle of the night and i wanted to at least feel like I have someone to talk to.
woke up at my friends place after staying the weekend, there’s three of us in a big bed and I’m in the middle. My stomach had been awful for the whole day (cramps, noises, indigestion, you name it) - mostly intestinal stuff I would say but hey, whatever, right - it could be because I barely slept last night, could be PMS, could be anxiety…
I just woke up, though, like an hour after falling asleep, with this scary urgent highly uncomfortable pulsating feeling in my throat that was like “you either drink water right now or I will make you v*mit real bad”. So I drank and had some chewing gum and hoped I would feel better but honestly I don’t - I’m still nauseous, the weird “gag impulses” are still there, my stomach has weird cramps and noises. I don’t want today to be the day. I don’t wanna wake them up. I don’t wanna have the panic attack that I am having.
I’m really fucking scared, man. Not just of throwing up but also about living my life in general - tomorrow early morning I have to take a bus across cities alone, go to two family gatherings. I don’t wanna, I already know o will be sick as hell and super uncomfortable. Sometimes my anxiety would get so bad o genuinely couldn’t board a bus ever.
In a few days though I am supposed to move - alone - to an entirely different country. I made this decision despite my raging anxiety and panic disorder, general fragility, emerophobia etc. I’m doubting it every day though. The closer my flight date gets the more paralyzed and incompetent i feel. If I can’t even handle myself here, surrounded by my people and comfort, how could I possibly take care of myself all on my own in a place I don’t know?
I wish i was so much more resilient, man :(: this fucking sucks it feels so lonely and isolating
