2025.01.19 00:25 aydajonas IIH or CSF Leak?
On 1 January, I started to get intense head pressures on the left side of top of my head, close to the back of my head. I was taking antibiotics and I thought it was the side effect it, it got much better and went away on 7 January. Except only one day, I got constant head pressure however on only one day, I got pressure while I was trying to sleep.
After head pressures, I started to feel head pain when I was upright, and some kind of movement back of my head and it made me think about possible csf leak because I was feeling much better when I was lying down and sleeping. However, today I started to feel head pressures again, when I was trying to sleep. I’m so confused and tired, I went to 2 neurologist and they told me that I’m alright however I don’t feel alright, I’m so nervous and hopeless right now. I don’t know what to do anymore, my family don’t know what to do as well, is it possible to have both IIH and csf leak at the same time? How can I push doctors to diagnose me? Should I go to a new neurologist or straight to a neurosurgeon? Please, I just want to feel ok again, this is so frustrating and tiring me out.

 | I bought these original Xbox components cables years ago. I've used them to play games but when I unplugged them I just realized the blue cable has wings. lol! Is this normal? Are the cables damaged or is this a feature? Did I pull something off from the port? I tried to replug them in but it's a very tight grip. Any info would help. I just completed Chapter 2, and unlocked Red Loong Fight in Chapter 1. So far, this has been the MOST beautiful fight i experienced. But my Rog Zephyrus 4070 is somehow giving me twitches in the recording. I wanted to upload this video in youtube as a 4k cinematic fight but the minor graphic glitches is just somehow painful to watch.

This is really nitpicky but hear me out. One thing I’ve noticed sitting in some at CarMax 2021 and newer is that some have the older 3 note startup chime from the early 2010’s and some have the newer startup chime. For some reason even the 2021 Lariat they had came with the (annoying to me) older 3 note chime from the early 2010’s. Is there a way to know which ones will come with the older or newer 3 note chime? YouTube videos I’ve seen of the 2021 Lariat have the newer chime while the one I heard was the old version
