I'm coming up on my lease renewal and on the new lease they want me to pay another $500 deposit? I asked management and she gave me some malarkey about I've already paid on my first lease so I don't have to pay it. But it clearly states on the new lease I have to pay this deposit. Did she just send me a generic lease that already had $500 on it, should I get her to change the lease to state $0 deposit?

Hello all, I have a 27 inch sony trinitron that I'm having issues with the front av ports on. It only works if I hold the video connector at a very specific angle, otherwise it doesn't display anything. I thought it was maybe a cracked solder joint somewhere on those 3 connectors, so I reflowed them and added new solder but still no luck. I didn't see anything else that could be causing the issue which just makes this even more confusing to me.

So I plan on getting new Switch cartridges for my Mario collection that includes as much updates as possible so I can use those for Switch 2 when I buy one. My question is what is the best way to get those? The second-hand market mostly has launch cartridges. Is it smart to buy from Amazon or My Nintendo Store? Or maybe local game stores? Or my countrys version of Amazon? I genuinely don't know what would be the best option and I don't want to gamble 50-60 euros on every option.

It seems that Canadas primary leverage, along with other western countries, is the ability to treaten increased trade with china (remove tariffs on china) should the united states continue it’s abusive and imperialistic behaviour. And besides, there’s nothing that china could really do to threaten western countries that’s worse than using military force to annex their land. Its the single worst possible outcome for a sovereign country like denmark. And its not like china is saying that they want to do us harm economically, even at a cost to their own citizens, in an effort to take us over.
I don’t know about you guys, but i would rather a super cheap EV from china (tariff free) than an expensive ev from musks scummy ass, who’s doing as much or more to threaten democracy.

I am aroace and writing a character for a short story who is as well. For a while, I kind of just decided that her being aroace would be more subtle and she’d never outright say “I’m aroace” “I’m aromantic/asexual”. Although, the same applied for other characters in the story, for example one character is lesbian and she would just talk about having a crush on another girl rather than saying she’s lesbian, and it’s just kind of an unspoken thing that her close friends are aware of and don’t make a big deal out of it.
However, I worry it could come across as queercoding, which I don’t want. I also worry that people may think the characters sexualities are being downplayed especially because it can be hard to find stories where characters actually say the words/labels. I just don’t want it to come across like I’m dancing around the topic of their sexualities or anything but, some people (including myself) are just more subtle and less outspoken about it (without being ashamed of it).
Thoughts on this?

Das wird aber jetzt nicht mehr gehen, weil ich Geld verdienen muss und mich um Lana(mein Hund) kümmern muss. Ich kann Lana nicht den ganzen Tag alleine lassen. Das heißt, ich suche jetzt eine Ausbildung, bei ich Geld verdienen kann und in der ich Lana mitnehmen kann. Was gibt es so für Ausbildung. Habt ihr Tips?

Okay internet, I'm beginning to plan a trip to the Grand Canyon in March. It's me, my wife, and my daughters, 10 and 12 yo. Let's say I want to spend two nights there, where should I stay and what should we see?
I'm guessing we'll stay in Flagstaff, through the hotels closer to the Canyon seems about the same price. I saw somewhere there was a helicopter flight over the Canyon that might be cool. The kids have never been off the ground, so they might like it just for the flight. Hikes down to the bottom are probably out.

I'm almost 17f and have never been in a real relationship, whenever I ask anyone for any tips they just say to keep putting myself out there but I don't even know what that means, am I meant to just ask strangers for their insta or what. Sup guys, usually when playing a new world patch, I will start by focusing main quest ( maybe getting those puzzles/chests on the way ) but it is not till I finish that I will start focusing on reading, talking npcs, exploration..etc.
I arrive Amphoreus totally blind ( didn't watch teasers bc like been surprised ) and my understanding of general issue trought main quest was that once Titans were humanity Gods then become enemies, making them "main antagonist" of the plot.
Then thx to Nikador ( not sure if it was referenced bf but at least not that clear ) We know that he become mad trying to protect this world of this dark tide. At that time, to me it make totally sense that Fai or others didn't know about it and just assume he become mad, since Titans probabiy did same as Aglaea and try to fix the issue without alarming their "subjects" as lack of a better word.
However every npc I talk is well aware real issue is dark tide, even the council is sending out explorers to gather materials to counter it, and I found followers of pretty much any Titan trought the city, or at the very least they talk about them on a respectifully, did I totally misunderstood main plot?
I don't finished to read all available content so maybe im just overthinking, pls let me know if that's the case.

Most of the positions I'm applying to are new grads. However, I’ve applied to over 100+ places and have gotten zero interviews or even a phone screen.
