2025.01.19 02:01 Maxamillion-X72 Weird bug - I mined a mountain but it still appears when I view from a distance
There was a mountain about 150m from my base on Mars, and at the top was some cobalt and iron. I mined the top flat and kept hitting more and more ore of various kinds, so I just kept clearing away the mountain layer by layer; the top 20 or so layers are completely gone.
The weird thing is, from my base, it appears the mountain is still there. Now it looks like a pyramid. If I walk over to it the top part disappears. I guess the game uses the original terrain map for items in the distance?

I still use that red Chevrolet 1927,that car got me into gold 2 I admit but then I just got battered I cant do it anymore, then I unlocked class S Ferrari FXK sth like that, its decent I can tell I need to star it up more so it performs but Im literally strugglinf, apart from this Ferrari I cant perform at all, even LaFerrari is shit Why? I need to grind for coins fr, I grind on daily events all that and then it just goes to waste either on store(blueprints) or improving the cars And lets talk about how not finding any decent club for clashes, the club Im in is inactive its just me grinding on my own Makes no sense, can anyone give mw any tips so I can enjoy the game again??

Have you ever seen two people discussing a character, and then somehow they get into a power-scaling debate where someone says that X character can't be defeated by Y because X transcended fiction? What does this even mean, and why does it even matter? If X character is able to 'transcend' fiction, that means nothing, since he transcended fiction but still remains, you know, fiction. This is even worse than dimensional-scaling.

My mom has told me on multiple occasions that she would love and support me if I was gay and I shouldnāt feel like I couldnāt tell her, but she always says really homophobic things, especially about lesbians. she will say lesbians are ugly, uses the d and f slur, makes fun of women who dress masculine, jeers at movies that shows homosexuality, etc. She also makes fun of gay men and trans people but her main topic of focus are lesbians.
Iām 19 and have never shown an interest in boys, and my mom is always pestering me about it. She used to outright ask me if I was gay a few years ago but I was still questioning back then so I always said no. I dress masculinely and she knows Iāve went to pride. Iām 100% sure she knows Iām gay, and I think sheās saying all this stuff to try to get me to come out to her, but I donāt understand why she would say all this stuff to me if she had a suspicion I was gay.
We have a wonderful relationship in every other aspect, and I know for sure she would never try to upset or belittle me. So I donāt understand why she acts like this.

Iām sat here now looking at flights to Japan, thinking of all the places I havenāt been and all the connections I havenāt made - a movie everyone should watch before itās too late for them to shake things up in their lives.

I am building a star schema and have a few questions about the dimension tables.
- what is the best way to deal with constantly changing account balances? We are talking about an advertising network with very high velocity transactions. a partner loads up an account with some $$ and then micro transactions are logged in a fact table that chip away at that balance. a partner might want to see their account balance at any point in time. I'm assuming that querying the fact tables ad hoc is not the optimal solution but clearly, neither is overwriting an account_balance attribute in a partner dimension table.
- what is the best process for storing an attribute in a dimension table that is strictly increasing. let's say you have a table of your customers and one of the columns is total_transactions. you want to keep a running total of the number of transaction that customer has completed. only needs to be updated at the frequency of once daily. do you count the days transactions for every user and add to the existing value in the table? what does this process look like?

Hi. Looking for some advice. My husband and I separated just over 2 years ago. We owned a house together, it has since been sold, we split the profits 50/50 and his solicitor subtracted the cost for a divorce from the money to hold until such a time came that we could get divorced. Now that we have passed the 2 year mark, I want to get things going as I know it can be a long process. I have contacted him several times asking him to get in touch with the solicitor but he has not. So I rand them and they said they couldn't talk to me as he was their client. Now I don't know how this all works but surely they should be able to talk to me if they are holding my money? They said my only option would be to hire a solicitor to send them a letter. I was under the impression that, because we are amicable and have no assets or children together that I would not need to get my own solicitor.
