I am dating this girl since a month. My plan is to marry her within a year. There are some points which I am worried about though and would like suggestions from some folks.
Before describing the situation I want to give a bit of background about myself. I have been a bit insecure in my past relationship and I feel it was responsible for ruining a good thing. Now these are the points -
- She is friends with her ex. Not too close, they talk on and off. I said I am not okay with this and she has agreed to stop communicating with him. She hasn't followed through on this yet. Also to give more context she was with him for 4 years and were about to get married but it fell through because of the boy's family.
- She has a lot of male friends and not so many female friends. Her reason is that she has been bought up with boys and feels like she can connect with them more than she can with other females.
- There is a boy who has proposed her about 2 years ago. She rejected him but goes with him on a regular basis and (just then and not in a group). I feel that the boy is a bit creepy but she says he is a friend and this interaction is unavoidable. She didn't tell me about the proposal earlier on and I had assumed it was a just a platonic thing.
- I have asked her to atleast let me know about such stuff but she regularly fails to share such details. Her logic is that for her this is not such a big deal and therefore considers these information irrelevant and hence often forgets to share about them. For example an ex colleague of hers proposed to her recently but she forgot to tell me. She says she was embarassed to share about this and I belive her.
- One of my big non negotaibles was that I didn't want to marry a girl with casual relationships. She had one in college ( this is a long time ago - 6 years) but because I really like her, I decided to be okay with it. Am I wrong here or will this bother me later on ?
- One of her ex worked in my company. She told me about this ex but didn't mention that he works in my company intentionally because she felt I will stalk her. I keep imagining of a scenario where I bump into him randomly and he is the one who tells me this. This scenario bothers me a lot.
- She regularly hangs out with boys in one to one setting. These boys are people who she met randomly. Like one of them is a person whom she met in her PG a couple of years ago and stayed in touch. Is this normal ?

I just bought a beautiful vintage Dior saddle bag and am so excited! My first real luxury purchase :)
It’s white, smooth leather, from the Galliano-era (stunning!), but because it’s vintage and used there’s yellowing/discoloration along a lot of the seam lines… from what I’ve read this is common because of the glue that was used in Galliano-era Dior bags, and could also be due to oxidation/oils from use…
I was planning on sending it to a bag-spa or a leather professional to see what they can do, but was wondering if anyone here had any experience or advice with this? I’d love to improve the yellowing, but I’m totally fine with the knowledge that even with “improvement” it will likely always have some age/imperfections and feel it gives it a specific charm :)

I just joined and I’ve loved it here so far I’m here to get some advice on how to get the hell out of my family’s house and move on to be independent so I’ve lived in a pretty strict controlling, pretty abusive and religious Islamic household where it gets shoved in my face 24/7 and it can get really toxic. I want to get the hell out of there asap. My last post I put up today was celebrating finding my basal in the first picture. Then I went off the rails for dinner tonight. For some context: Changed my site at 12:30pm. Last meal was two hours prior. I did not eat from 11am onwards until dinner at 5:30pm. I assumed site was fine because I did not rise at all. But then a meal I usually have (salad and homemade burger) sent me through the roof, and it doesn't usually. Question: would I rise anyways even if I didn't eat? The post four hour mark for my breakfast was 2:30pm. So because I was still well in range even beyond then, my site was fine - correct? Or was the site an isssue, but I just didn't know it because I didn't eat so no carbs were in there? I hate this. I hate site change days. I also think the site was likely fine was because I fell (slightly) on the walks (6:30pm then again when I was spiking hard at 7:30), so obviously some insulin was in there. I'm so confused. First of all, I want to thank the Lords of the Fallen community. Thank You for all the info, guides and kindness. That said, this was a hell of a ride... I did finish the game 5 times to be dissapointed when I saw that after defeating Elianne in Umbral ending the "Defeat all bosses" trophy didn't pop up and saw who the remaining bosses were; Kukajin & Sophesia one located at some point in the middle of the game and the second one located at the very end... reasons like these took away part of the thrill of getting the last trophy and at some point I almost gave up.
In my opinion, this trophy and the 3 online currency trophies were unnecesary and annoying as hell... the game is great and I had a good time playing it but the enemy variety and weapon movesets are not rich enough to keep the game fresh for subsequent playthroughs.
