i know my worth isn't based on the things i do, nor my looks. yet i still don't feel like i'm enough. everything i do is based off my low self esteem, and its getting kinda miserable. i CONSTANTLY crave validation.
how do i feel better about myself? congratulating myself for completing assignments or telling myself I'm pretty doesn't hit the same as a teacher telling me i did well, or a guy telling me I'm loveable even though i have a flat chest.

Yes, I did make my TikTok account originally in the US but I live in a different country now, where I've been living for 6 months. Before the ban, I was a little anxious about my account being banned because of this but many people assured me that the ban would happen according to people's IP addresses so I was thinking that I'd be fine but I still got banned. This shows that even using a VPN would not let you access TikTok. This is so unfair and Im enraged by this dumb situation.

I’m trying to book a flight for mid April to Seoul from LAX. I’m looking to hopefully use my GUC to get to their Prestige business. Unfortunately I can’t find the particular flight when I search on Delta. When I called Delta, they found the Korean Air flight but said none of the flights were available for GUC use.
Has anyone been able to use their GUC for Korean Airlines from LAX to ICN to go from economy to Prestige Business? What are the chances that it’ll open up later if I book this? I’m looking to see the 747 upper deck before they retire these planes. I’d appreciate any help or tips on this.

Hi,
I will be submitting a UK tourist visa application for travel later this year. I know that I can't apply for the visa until 3 months before my intended travel date.
My query is, if I apply for a visa in Feb 25 and record my intended date of travel is 1st May 25, the visa gets approved, do i have a time period from the 1st May 25 to enter the country or the date the approve the request? If I end up booking flights for the 1st June 25, or any later date, does that cause issues? Just have some family illnesses that may mean changes in travel dates.
