Hello! I have been having dizziness and blacked out vision upon standing for several months. I have passed out twice. Once in November and another time this past Monday. In November, I had walked into the kitchen and hugged my tall husband because I knew thedizziness sensation would come over me. The next thing I know, he is kneeling next to me on the ground calling my name. I went to the ER because it had never happened before. Got a whole workup, blood work, ekg, xray, neuro test. They chalked it up to being dehydrated and malnourished, though my blood work didn't indicate it. I am on zepbound since April and lost 50lbs. I don't eat a ton, but I eat enough. I mention that I take it and everyone just tells me I'm not drinking or eating enough. I followed up with my pcp and she said it's probably heart related and sent me to a cardiologist and scheduled me for a coratid artery ultrasound, which I have on the 22nd. She also put me on the maintenance dose of zepbound and told me she thinks I've lost enough. The visit with the cardiologist, they did a orthostatic blood pressure, talked a bit about how he thinks I'm not eating enough or drinking enough. Scheduled me for a stress test. He said he might want me to stop taking zepbound. I went on the 10th for the stress test. I felt awful, weak and just exhausted like I always feel lately. It went OK although I felt like my legs would give out. A different doctor viewed it and came right in to talk to me. He said I did well, though I have a slightly leaky mitral valve, said follow up in a year and left the room. On Monday is when I passed out, I had just gotten out of bed, again, hugged my husband and woke up on the ground. After this, my chest felt tight. During this, I was wearing my fitness watch and it said my heart rate was 89. The next day I felt my heart beating very fast and my watch said 80. I put on a pulse oximeter and it was reading 120, so my watch is definitely not accurate. I called my pcp after passing out and she said it's definitely something cardiac and to call them. I did mention POTS and she said, again that's something the cardiac dr would help with. She did ask about my sugar and i don't normally check it. I did order a glucose monitor but it's not here yet. I called the cardiologist and they scheduled me for February 13th, but the nurse said she talked to the doctor and he still believes it's orthostatic blood pressure that's causing it. I told them it doesn't matter how much I eat or drink, the dizziness still happens. Other symptoms, I feel so weak when I stand still (no issues if walking). I work in a hospital and when we get report from the nurses going off shift, I always feel silly because I have to sit because I feel like my heart is pounding and I get short of breath. This also happens when I am standing and doing dishes. My days off from work, I want to stay in bed all day because I hair 0 energy. I will walk just into another room and I can feel my heart racing. I'm so scared to go to my appointment on the 13th of February because I feel like no one is taking me seriously. I am 40 years old and have been super healthy. And now this and I'm so frustrated. So does it sound like it's in my head or could it really be POTS. (I know no one is going to diagnosed me here, just want opinions from people living this.) Thanks for reading if you are still here.

Sou H e acho que não conseguiria ir pra igreja necessariamente pra ir encontrar uma moça pra namorar. Não tenho religião e acho que seria uma puta falta de ética ir à igreja apenas para caçar mulher kkkkk.
Eu sei, eu sei. Existem vários outros locais que podem ser utilizados para esse fim, mas eu de fato fiquei curioso com isso e decidir fazer a pergunta do título desse post.
Eu não teria problema em ter uma parceira que tem uma religião, o problema é saber se ela se relacionaria com uma "pessoa do mundo". Ah, e o post tbm vale para pessoas da umbanda, candomblé, etc, embora eu ache vocês mais de boa nesse quesito.

After finishing the game there are points in the game which are significantly more difficult that needed me to get better as a hunter or have better gear. Mh question for the subreddit what are significant walls in the game. That new players can expect to have a difficult time with.
For example here is a list of monsters that i think may be walls in the game both from personal experience and playing with my friend:
Base game:
Anjanath: The first large monster you encounter with a fast and aggressive moveset making it difficult to hit the head.
Legiana: A monster thats constantly flying paired with ice blight making it difficult to manage stamina.
Odogaron: A very fast moveset making him hard to hit paired with bleeding. Odogaron can take out your entire health bar if you dont pay attention.
Diablos: Im pretty sure this monster strikes fear into any hunters heart. Especially if its your first time hunting him
Any of the Elders: Elder dragons are supposed to be difficult no matter which one you hunt
Ice Bourne:
Beotodus: The first large monster you fight with MR health bar and insane damage. While you only have high rank armor.
Viper Tobi-Kadachi: Fast moveset paired with noxious poison & paralysis. A nightmare to fight especially if your still using HR armor.
Barioth: One of the most common walls for players. A fast move set paired with iceblight making him almost impossible to hit with melee weapons.
Velkhana: A very difficult fight when you encounter it for the first time. One of the fastest movesets that can oneshot you and give you ice blight. Defeating Velkhana really requires the hunter to be skilled or have good equipment
End game content:
Rajang and Furious Rajang: extremely fast and deadly paired with thunder blight doubling your chances of being KO’d. All of that made worse with the furious variant.
Raging Brachydios: An amazing fight with a difficulty to match. But at least you get one of the best weapons in the game
Alatreon: A monster that requires you to use elemental weapons to reach a elemental damage threshold to avoid being one shot. All this while it throws at you ice, fire, thunder, and dragon attacks. The difficulty speaks for itself
Fatalis: The final monster of the game. All of his attacks can oneshot paired with a 30 minute quest time. Hunters need to be knowledgable of the hunt and well prepared to even consider taking fatalis on.
These are the monsters I personally consider walls for new players feel free to reply with your own thoughts and if you think I missed anything.

How does one browse synth patches from a MIDI controller connected to Logic? I’m not talking about going to the previous / next patch in to top common login plugin menu. I’m talking about the sound patches in plugins such as Phase Plant or Pigments.
Currently it seems like it’s only browsable using the mouse to navigate to a patch category like pads, and then use the up down arrow keys. I’d love to be able to program a controllers drum pad or rotary encoder so I don’t have to remove my hands from the controller. I tried sending patch change MIDI messages but they don’t work.

2025.01.19 02:20 Brave-Elk-3220 I'm so embarrassed I want to die. I'm treated like a friend. It sucks.
We just came back from a night out that went really well. Drinks. Food. A show. I got a hug. Were in bed and my wife doom scrolled facebook for an hour and I asked twice, can I have a hug. She said sure. But nothing. Then after an hour she's put her phone down, put her arm over me and now, nothing. I took my shirt off and she turned around and is looking at her phone again.
15 years, 10 of them dead. I'm so embarrassed I want to die. I feel like a complete fool. I'm fit and attractive, kind, have been a great provider more money than she can spend. I do the cooking, cleaning and kid pickup and drop off. It's horrible.
All I want is someone who wants me, not someone who wants to be a friend. When we come home, their first thought isn't... what excuses can I think of. Their first thought should be - why aren't we already naked?
I'm an idiot. I knew from the start she wasn't a generous lover and chose her anyway. I'm a guy and I have to fake it. A guy. It's unheard of. I see normal people holding hands and kissing and it's heartbreaking to look at.
Probably worse is now and again she makes jokes to her friends and is happy, close and fine when with other people to make it look and seem like we have a perfect relationship with intimacy and then, boom. Abandoned as soon as that door closes and no one can see her.
We were at a wedding where the groom did a shirtless dance for his partner and my wife at first was standing back, then moved right to the front 3ft away from her, put her hand to her chest, turned bright red/pink and flushed all over. It was the most embarrassed I've ever felt, her compeltly red faced and chested and not coming to me and us not doing anything that night.
I don't check out other women. I don't get turned on any more by her. I honestly want to crawl into a cave and die. I miss having someone come to me and genuinely say I love you, your body, give it to me, let me go to town on you. None of that happens any more for 10+ years now.
It's clearly over I know and if there wasn't kids, a house, and life all tied to it I would be gone. But that's life. I miss being touched and loved and someone who wants to be close. This is a living nightmare.

I met someone on Facebook Dating... we seemed to really hit it off, and we like a lot of the same things. Seemed like things were going well, so I asked her out on a date. She suggested a trivia night at a local coffee shop on Saturday night. Cool, sounds good, I love triva.
She chose a spot that was close to where she lives, about 45 minutes away from me. Not a problem; my work is in that area, so I'm very familiar with the commute. I try not to spend too much time on Facebook, so the last thing I texted her was my phone number, just in case she had any last minute updates. That was Thursday.
Some time on Friday, my Facebook Dating becomes inaccessible. When I go to in in the app, I get a message, "It's not you, it's us. Something went wrong and we're working to make it better." I assume there's a Facebook Dating outage, but no; after some Reddit searching, I realize that it's just me. It's just my profile that got fucked over and is inaccessible. It's something that happens to Facebook Dating users from time to time. The rest of Facebook works fine for me.
Hey, no worries, though; we made our plans and I'll just show up where and when we agreed. I get my haircut, I wash my car, I go about my day getting ready for the date.
The time arrives, and I make the long trek to see her. I walk in the door and out eyes lock; but she turns away like she doesn't recognize me. There's a reason for that. I walk over to her table and start talking to her. "Hey, it's me! How's it going? " yadda yadda yadda.
Now she recognizes me and there's an instant panic that comes over her face. "You're not supposed to be here! You blocked me! I didn't think I was going to hear from you again!" She's almost hysterical. I promised her that I never blocked her. I realize what happened; Facebook Dating COMPLETELY borked my account so that no one can even see my profile; everyone I was talking to, it's as if I blocked them.
I pulled out my phone and showed her the message on the screen. "I never blocked you! Facebook messed up my dating profile!"
Well... the problem now is that she assumed I was ghosting her, and she invited her whole family over to the coffee shop for trivia night (including ex-husband and his new wife), and she was not prepared to have a first date with me in front of her entire family.
They all walked through the door, and now she's trying to do damage control, moving between them and me. "Do we need to reschedule?" I ask. "Yes, please!" she responds.
I have to say... of all the ways I thought the evening might go, the one thing that wasn't on my list was eating dinner alone and going home.
