I am starting with Zigbee based home automation using smart switches coupled with a physical switch. I will also use smart plug, Door sensors, vibration sensor, motion radar sensors etc. In normal case it is possible that someone switch off the light or smart plugs via physical switch and consequently impacting the zigbee mesh. Do you people place some dummy zigbee switches (1ch/2ch/4ch gangs) behind wall socket solely to act as Zigbee repeater ? I don’t like those usb sockets repeaters, those occupies wall socket space unnecessarily.

My period is 11 days late. I hadn’t had sex in over a year but just had it in December. He pulled out and I wasn’t ovulating. My period is very regular, however last month it was 4/5 days late but this month as I said I’m on day 11 and I feel like crying every day with the panic. I keep telling myself I couldn’t possibly be pregnant. I took a test after 5 days of it being late and it was negative but the fact it hasn’t come is eating me alive. Do you try to control it / how much of a role do you allow it to play in your life? Do you view it the same / in a similar way as you'd do emotions? Would you think of it as a hindrance? Do you think you'd be better off without it?
I'm quite curious how / whether some attributes of being an INTJ (could or do) warp our experience with femininity / masculinity. Especially interested in what women have to say as, biologically speaking, I believe they'd be more prone to feel / be emotional. Curious to see how that and being an INTJ mould together.
I know despite having a tight grip on my emotions, I personally still feel a strong urge to protect (Even though I'm not in a relationship) It is depressing at times. It'd slip into my dreams, suggesting that there's something else out there that I desire. My brain, on the other hand, concludes that it is more effort than is worth. It's the logical conclusion (from my perspective - I realise and respect that not everyone is going to share this view) Yet for some reason - despite the massive control I have over my emotions; I feel like I have a vulnerability that is exposed, which I can not get under control.
Is it perhaps because it's ingrained on a deeper level? Because it's a basic foundation of who we are?

I've always been one who believed that having two sources of water is always the best option in case one were to run out but I recently experienced a very scary situation in which one of my water bottles stopped working with a full bottle of water in it.
I believe an invisible dent in the metal of the nozzle along with overfill and age allowed the little ball inside the tube to get wedged inside the bottle in such a way that no matter what you did you could not get water out of the bottle. Everything seemed normal except when you press on the bottom ball of the dispenser no water could make it through and without actually touching the tip of the water bottle you wouldn't know that it had malfunctioned.
Thankfully my rats are okay but I was terrified realizing that had I not realized sooner they could have run out of water while I went on believing their water was full. This happened a few days after a malfunction of another water bottle in which my smaller backup bottle just leaked out all the water contained over 24 hours. In normal circumstances both cages have two sources of water or more, but on this day I had not yet replaced the leaky water bottle and the cage only had this large glass water bottle and a small dish that my boys could tip over.
Now I always use large shallow ceramic bowls that cannot be tipped over (even by myself) and a water bottle. I check the water bottles many times a day by tapping the nozzle a few times to see if water is still flowing at a good rate. I never fill past the max fill line even a little bit. The bowl is a good alternative to the bottle but it gets dirty really fast and I don't want to only use bowls and for them to be forced to drink water that has been soiled before I've noticed.
Currently I am experimenting with raised water dishes with various success. The water bottle is good for ensuring cleaner water but you cannot trust it alone.
As a word from the wise test your water bottles often and touch the tip of the nozzle even if you think they're full and have a second source of water at all times.
If anyone has some great setups for water for let me know I would love to know what options there are out there.
