 | After hurting my back from Shorebreak at Ritz Carlton beach, I went down to black rock for snorkeling and do the tour that set out at that beach, while in the water I was approached by a guy with spearfishing gear, told me to get out of water right away as someone spotted a shark ( came up and asked what type of shark and was told, it was juvenile tiger shark around 14 ft. long that roaming the area) So guys pay attention if you plan to go to kanapali beach today and tomorrow or any day. Been hitting the range a couple times a week (80 balls per session of a fiberbuilt flight deck) and focusing on a snappier release. Balls been going down the best flight path and distance i've ever had but my intercostal strain on my right rib cage is back way earlier than previous years.
feels the worst in the downswing specificilly at club parallel and impact now that I've been focusing on getting more power from trail hand. I feel it at the end of the follow thorugh as well but not as bad as the leadup to the impact.
for those of you that have a bugging intercostal on the trail side... what adjustments did you make to get rid of this? Any help is appreciated!

Notable gameplay mechanics: You could take on the enemy's and other NPC's magic classes, I don't quite remember if you could take on other classes that weren't magical as well, but as far as I remember it was magic ones only.

Me too - I will never get over the pain that book Jeremiah went through
No one really did see him or understand him fully - when he really needed someone, no one really showed up.
Book Conrad even tells us that he didn’t know where Jeremiah would be after he went missing - he tried to think of all the places he’d be, but when it came down to it he just didn’t know - all he knew was that Jeremiah would need his mothers comfort.
How sad it is that no one was there for Jeremiah when he was at his lowest.
Also I just want to say how messed up it is that when Conrad was looking in all the wrong places for jerimah he Kelly saying if he didn't find jerimah Steven would tell Becky Conrad couldn't find him and that's the only reason Conrad wants to find jerimah or that's how he makes it sound like.
Like his brother missing is such a inconvience and it will make him look bad to belly if he doesn't find him .

Got my admit offers for some schools and starting the background verification. I am a bit paranoid on the process and wanted to get the community's thoughts:
If I started a new role in the middle of 2023 and ended in the middle of 2024, do I report the salary of the 12 month period or do I only report the 2024 months?
Will it raise any red flags if I reported the entire 12 month period as opppsed to the 2024 months?

Hiya. I'm a trans/intersex guy who mainly goes by he/him, but since living in a welcoming space I feel comfortable with any pronouns. With this, I'm also comfortable presenting as feminine or masculine - but the problem comes with jobs.
I don't have any of my IDs showing M, because I'm worried about being denied healthcare because I don't have F on it. I also don't think I can get my birth certificate (I don't want bottom surgery, I don't think I can get it changed any other way). With this too also comes my voice - I naturally have a high voice that I keep, though it can go a lot lower, I just don't want to lose it ever since going on T, and I thankfully don't have huuuuuge bahonkadonkas, so I don't even need to bind most days.
Anyway, genderfluid dream. BUT. This makes things difficult when it comes to jobs - if I present as masc, they see my ID and the jig is up. If I present as femme, well, I can't really go boy mode. I don't have any dysphoria anymore, but some days I don't wanna go all girl mode.
Now, especially since I'm applying for jobs as a sales rep, this is even more concerning for me. Though I'm curious how I'm treated as fem vs masc, I live in a slightly sketchy state (Virginia, outside of Richmond, but not so redneck confederate that I can't leave my house without a red light pointed to my head). And I have already gotten some flack and discrimination from my gender identity before, even places where I thought I could be safe, so I'm very much cautious.
Any advice? Any personal experiences with sales pre- and post-transitioning?
