For example, the Samsung app lets you fully control your TV from anywhere. Power on/off, volume control, change chanel, launch apps, full functionality!
There are use cases where this is a super helpful feature.

 | Hello Reddit! I have the opportunity to buy the drum set of my dreams, and I need some advice. My buddy’s stepdad has a 1983 Tama Artstar that’s been sitting in his basement for years, and he’s offered to sell it to me for around $3,000. I see that the shells are worth around that if not more and also has a bunch of extra stuff. The kit includes: • Toms: 10", 12", 14", 15", 16", and 18" • Two 22" kick drums • A 14x5 snare • A bunch of high-quality Zildjian cymbals • Roto toms, timbales, and octobans (he couldn’t find the octobans but says he has them) • Miscellaneous other pieces It also comes with hardware for everything, including boom stands for the cymbals, tom mounts, kick pedals, and anything else you’d need. Here’s the dilemma: I don’t exactly have $3,000 to spend on drums right now. However, I’m thinking I could sell off my beginner and intermediate-level gear, as well as trade in some of the stands I don’t need (since I already have some and definitely won’t need all the cymbals at once). That said, some of the hardware has a bit of rust and corrosion, particularly on the timbales and the legs of the stands. The shells are very dusty but appear to be in good shape overall. I’ve been wanting a high-end professional drum kit for a while because I feel like I’m at the point in my playing where it matters. I’m also a sound engineer working towards setting up my own recording space/studio, and I’m already recording for local bands. I have high-end guitar amps, access to a nice console and outboard gear, and I feel like adding a professional-level drum kit would not only elevate the sound quality but also make a better impression on clients. Currently, my drum setup is a mix of intermediate-level pieces (Tama Rockstar, Ludwig Evolution, and other random drums) that sound good together, but it’s far from cohesive. I’m justifying this purchase as both an investment in my future and because, honestly, I just want a nice drum set. So, what do you think? • What’s the value of this kit and everything included? • Do you think trading in the stands makes sense? Looking for a new toilet for bathroom reno. Somewhere around the ~$600 mark. Was looking at Caroma Luna cleanflush but reviews seem to be pretty mixed. Plumber suggested a Reece Posh Domane toilet but they don't have good reviews either. Is there anything out there that is actually good, or do I need to spend more? I went to Japan last year and in an ideal world I would have one of those $12k Toto Neorest toilets which are actually amazing but that would at least double the bathroom reno cost.

Alternatively, are there those who initially resist, viewing him as a threat or an oppressor? Does he earn their allegiance through persuasion, force, or mutual respect?

Does he value and respect them, seeing them as partners and allies, or is he manipulative and dismissive, using them solely as tools for his ambitions? This would significantly influence his relationships and the tone of the story.
Finally, understanding the cultural and societal norms of each world he encounters would add layers of complexity. How do their traditions, politics, and values impact their acceptance or rejection of his goals? What challenges or alliances emerge from these interactions?
Building out these elements will create a richer and more immersive narrative.
