I am currently looking at buying this 5th wheel for full time living.

I have lived in my current travel trailer for 2 years, and am looking at getting something bigger. I know how to take care of them, and the maintenance required.
I also know that buying a pre 2020 model is preferable. Unfortunately not really an option for me. My credit isn't spectacular, and as 5th wheels gold considerable value here they are about on par with a new one, and I don't qualify for a loan on a used one. They hold their value really well, until you talk to a bank. And then they don't and are a bigger loan risk.
Anyway, it's something I am looking at living in for the next 5-10 years. I am single, with 2 cats. Plenty of room. Talking to the dealership, and my own research it is an aluminum frame, one piece roof, vaccuum bonded walls. They are including towing and setup as for free, being an existing customer of their car dealership.
Anyone have any experience with forest river, and the quality?

2025.01.19 07:16 SweetnSpicySiamese Suspicious Activity on Alexander St & Car Vandalism
I live in one the apartment buildings on Alexander St and am honestly really getting so over the suspicious activity that goes on in our apartment lot, always in the dead of night. Just moments ago, a group of people yelling, screaming, another construction vehicle (possibly stolen), driving circles around the lot and honking, and the other two cars following suit. Within the past year alone, there have been two incidents of multiple vehicle windows being smashed, mine included. When noises like this wake me up at 2 AM I’m on high alert, worried my car window will be smashed again, lol. Seriously though, considering moving out of downtown once my lease is up, for this reason. I love the city, but is it even worth it anymore?

2025.01.19 07:16 FBI-Agent-Phyl Stressing after taking plan B. Has anyone ever tested negative 14 days after doing the deed but positive at 21 days?
On the 2nd husband and I had a condom break. Took plan B immediately after but had another one break the next night or the one after. Didn't take a 2nd plan B since it was so close. As it's been past 2 weeks I've been taking pregnancy tests and all are negative. Am I in the clear? Or is it still possible to get a positive so late. (Closer to 21 days) I'm just stressing myself out and want to know if I'm good to relax a bit. My period ended the 31st, supposed to ovulate on the 12th but had a positive LH surge on the 6th.

 | I thought these were moca adapters and I'm trying to use them but there is no connection. The orange light in the middle just blinks and the computer not modem recognize it. I have it setup one at my computer and the other to an xb8 Xfinity modem. In picture the grey wire goes into the splitter and one side goes directly to the xb8 and the other straight into the adapter which is connected by Ethernet to the xb8. I started out at 136 kilo end of November . I got to 130 relatively quickly on 2.5 130 to 127 was a slog then I thought I had done nothing I did not weigh myself for 4 weeks then found I was back at 128 . The restriction seemed to work some days not others I swear after injecting I could eat more for a few days then restriction was there . After going back up I continued off 5 through to 7.5 again did not feel much different but I was eating not much at meals and snacking or eating humbugs . I Did not weigh for a month switched to Numan lied about the weight as I did not take it for fear of disappointment I was 127 the last time . Continued eating small during Xmas but had the humbugs and mince pies . But something happened my night cap of vodka redbull and quavers I have had for years ( a litre a week) just stopped appealing and I couldn’t only eat small meals . Coming upto 10 mg I switched again as NUMANS offer to stay was poor at £205 . I had a 5 mg pen in the fridge from a dual delivery by another provider by mistake so started 10 mg by double doing that . That’s really kicked in restriction on eating is great . If you don’t stop you end up not being able to swallow the food I still pick at stuff but it’s less . Emptied my 5 mg pen ( bar dose 5 ) last week and thought I did not look any different but felt it . I bought some dumbbells and started to do some mild lifting .
Finally took courage to weigh myself instead of guessing and I was shocked 120kg . So that’s 2.5 stone .
Really pleased with myself

Hi everyone. I am potentially going to be starting a new role within the BC gov. My current role is classified as CLK 12 for the Ministry of Citizens Services under the BCGEU. The new role I may be starting is CLK 12 for the Ministry of Forests and is also under the BCGEU. My question is: I currently have approved vacation days off and already entered them into my leave balances. If I were to get this new position would these vacation days I already have booked off be transferred? Or would I have to submit a new request?
