I’m on my third night staying with my grandmother at the hospital. I had meal prepped for the week so I was fine for a little while but I’ve run out of options. This is my second time doing Whole 30 and I really wanted to get all the way through. She gets to go home in two days…do I try and stick it out trying my best to be compliant with hospital food or is it time to give myself grace and start over when life is back to normal?

I have been wanting to switch from console to pc. I think i know what i want and i have found almost all the parts i want/need/can afford but i'm no expert and almost every video i see on youtube just confuses me even more. I'm planning a 1440p build with around 100 fps average but it doesn't bother me too much if the fps is lower. I think all my parts are compatible but i'm not sure. I may also go with a different Gpu with the 50-series dropping. I also need help finding a good case for this build that doesn't cost over $200. Are all my parts compatible? Did i do any mistakes?Will there be cpu or gpu bottleneck?Is there anything else i should/need to get? Whatcase should i use? Please help. My budget overall is around $3000 max.

If we make an assumption that the egg shape UAP is the same type which can be summoned using some kind of telepathic channel, does that mean now people should be actively developing this ability - in order to attract UAPs at will, and to further the disclosure effort?
For example, 20 or so years ago people would laugh in your face when you explained lucid dreaming. Even now, with proof the phenomenon is real, most folk won't want to engage in a discussion on the implications.
The same goes for this topic. We should view the amount of skepticism over the last 24 hours in the same light. This to me feels not su much as proof, but as validation that a lot of our intuition on how UAPs work, pertains a lot more to us as humans, and our relationship to consciousness in general aka global consciousness and that which is outside our bodies.
I think if there is a grassroots movement of people training in meditation with the explicit purpose of being able to hail UAPs, to bump up opportunities for study and validation, disclosure can actually be something we can control ourselves. I mean, why do we need officials to do this at all?
