2025.01.19 06:14 d_thstroke If a business sold soap or other non edible things packaged in something that makes it look edible, how likely are they to lose in court?
I saw a photo yesterday of body soap and shampoo, being sold in a milk carton container. This thing looks like juice. There's even design of different fruits on the carton that just increases the appeal. It's not written boldly that it's shampoo and there's no way for you to know it's shampoo from a far. If a consumer was to take it thinking it was juice, get hurt and sue the company, so they have an argument or would the court dismiss it since bodywash and shampoo was written on it although not boldly?

I was just watching a video about the Southern Park Mall and the presented said he hated strip malls. I'm the exact opposite. Since I've been back in Youngstown, I've surprised myself with how much I dig the strip mall experience. I loved enclosed malls when I was a teen, but that was mostly for hanging out with friends and killing time. As an adult, the thought of having specific things I wanted to get done and having to navigate through a huge mall would fill me with dread.

The algorithm is TRASH now ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ VPN works slowly and constantly disconnects every 3 minutes. But the app is still usable. Not the same as before. I’m not even getting cute cat videos anymore, no funny videos, no home decor videos, recipes… none of the people I follow show up in my fyp either. Even with VPN, I’m heading over to rednore for now.

For more than 2 years now in almost all the dreams I can remember in the mornings, I don't walk. I levitate and I move around by lifting up and sort of gliding around in sitting or standing position. I have to put in a lot of mental effort and concentration to move around and control my movements especially when I have to make turns or speed up/slow down/rise above obstacles. I can't control the speed quickly. It has to be built up and it takes time to accelerate or decelerate with a lot of concentration.
It's just so weird that my abilities and the lack of it have been so consistent. Last night I was having a simple conversation with someone and I just lifted up and continued while in the air.
Some say dreams reflect your subconscious or situations but things have been so different over these years, while this one aspect of the dreams has been consistent. Any thoughts or similar experiences?

As someone who had experienced porn addiction and mild video game addiction (when I was younger) I’ve experienced the two to be virtually identical. If the DSM is supposed to be a classification mental illnesses (rather than neurological disorders), and therefore nothing in it is technically observable (I.e. the difference wouldn’t be the lack of neurological observability in one vs the other), then why treat one differently to the other?
