Hi Neighbors,
We are seeking witnesses to a vehicle-on-pedestrian accident that occurred at the South East crosswalk of Stanyan and Oak Street on Saturday December 21st around 6:30 PM. Our friend had a walk signal and the right of way when she was hit by a car in the crosswalk and suffered a broken leg, clavicle, and laceration to the head.
The police report states that the officers on scene did not interview any witnesses. However, we know that some very kind citizens stopped and helped our friend to wipe the blood away from her eyes, called 911 and directed traffic away until the SFPD and paramedics could get there.
She’s very thankful for our fellow SF residents looking out for her. If you or anyone you know witnessed the collision or assisted afterwards, please reach out to [email protected]. She would like to thank you personally.
The driver did stop and speak to the police. This was not a hit and run, but insurance companies and attorneys are seeking clarity. Any information would be extremely helpful.
She spent three weeks at SF General Hospital being treated and recovering from surgeries. She will also be recovering from her injuries at home for the next two months and then will be starting physical rehabilitation to learn how to walk again.

my boyfriend (25M) and I (27F) have been dating for almost 2 years. we’ve never had sex. it’s causing a huge gap in our relationship and now I just hate him for it. he has delayed it for so long due to “anxiety” - he got on prozac a few months ago and nothing has really changed sexually. I have given him oral successfully several times - so I know everything works down there. I have cried and screamed and fought and it seems he has zero physical interest in me. he’s just not romantic. only initiates anything with me if I put on makeup and will ask when I’m wearing makeup again, which has fucking ruined my self esteem - especially since I am pretty attractive without it and have never had a problem getting guys with or without having makeup on. I go to the gym every day, I have a great job, I have never once betrayed his trust. he hasn’t initiated anything with me since november. we live together. it feels like we are roommates with no end in sight. he knows how I feel and how much it has affected my mental health. he pays me zero attention and I am too young, successful, and pretty to be with someone like him who disregards my needs entirely. (I say this to be confident and self assuring, not arrogant) I’m getting ready to end things soon and I need some encouragement on the back end because I am very emotionally attached to him but we are not compatible and this isn’t sustainable long term.

 | I never used to like opals until I saw and fell in love with a small silver ring (bottom right in first photo). Solid black opal from Lightning Ridge. Soon after I found the black opal ring with diamonds in 18k white gold (top left corner in first photo)—Lightning Ridge solid black opal with natural diamonds. Then I saved for a pair of opal doublet earrings (bottom left in first photo), and finally bought a loose opal and had it set into a pendant (top right in first photo). Both 18k wg with natural diamonds. The opal and diamond ring is a strange one. Sometimes it looks kind of dull, like a dull blue, but then it’ll catch some light the right way and be completely amazing. I don’t know if I love it completely although I really should! Meaning that the main story happened in less than a year. And guess what he did when he turned 18? In Hilda ending, just 1 year after the normal/true ending, he immedately have a daughter with Hilda 💀. For a child to be born, the woman usually need to be pregnant for 9 months, and so the remaining 3 months after the normal/true ending, we can guess that seconds after Alto is 18, he immediately have baby thoughts with Hilda. What a chad 🗿 for not missing the chance.

I have Salah as RW and he is my best player and performs very well cutting in ball rolling and finesse when I try that with mbappe it doesn't work. Mbappe is fast but the ball is not close to him while sprinting also his finesse is not as good as Salah. How can I use him cuz it seems I don't know how to play him yet?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anybody has had a Cosmelan peel and could tell me if what I’m experiencing is normal and temporary.
I had the mask applied on Thursday, and I expected to have red and flaky skin for about 10-14 days. I’m on Day 4 now and my poor face is SO swollen. My skin is lobster red and I feel a lot of discomfort, but not much pain. I did not expect the swelling at all and definitely didn’t think it would be this bad. At this point, I really regret getting Cosmelan. I was so excited to get it after seeing before and after photos and reading reviews online.
I know that we often look back at recovery as being easier than it appeared to be at the time. So, I’d like to ask if anybody has had a similar experience. Did the swelling go down after Say 4? When can I expect to feel comfortable again?
