Nothing against C&C-likes, of course, but my RTS nostalgia centers more around the Blizzard RTS's and Majesty, and I'm looking for something more in line with one of those. Especially in the case of Majesty-likes, I've yet to find any titles that scratch that itch while not also being janky, sketchy asset flips.
Any help would be appreciated in finding good titles that fall into either the WC-like or Majesty-like veins. Thank you.

2025.01.19 10:41 juiceytoaster My 23M brother has made a habit out of falling asleep in our 58 year old mothers bed every night
I 26M live with my 23M brother and our 58 year old mother, we split rent in an expensive part of the country and I'm currently working on trying to move out on my own, mostly for my own independence, but I can't say that what I'm about to explain doesn't have something to do with my wanting out. My brother on the other hand does not seem to be thinking about moving out at all, and his relationship with my mother is becoming weirdly toxic in my opinion. My brother has only ever had one girlfriend and they've been broken up for about a year and a half, my mother has been single for 15 years after splitting with our father. For backstory I spent a majority of high school and college living with my dad and step mom in a different city while my brother spent that time with my mom, just the two of them, so the relationship dynamic is a bit different between the three of us.
So this all began innocuously enough. I am more independent so I spend my evenings either out doing stuff or in my room gaming or working on projects. They however would routienly spend their time after work watching TV shows or movies together on the couch in our living room, I would occasionally join them but found myself busy with work or other things so I stopped watching things with them. But then at some point they began watching their shows or movies in her bedroom because my mother was more comfortable in there versus on the couch. So they would spend every night sitting next to each other in her bed watching TV shows, like an old married couple would. This was weird enough, but it got weirder when he would fall asleep, then my mother would go to sleep and she wouldn't wake him up or kick him out, so he normally sleeps in her bed until he wakes up around 1-2am at which point he goes back into his own room.
Obviously there isn't any incestuous stuff happening, but even having to say that should be warrant for some kind of intervention in my opinion. We had a tough upbringing so I don't want to say anything to upset him, and it would definitely make him defensive, but it's getting to the point where I feel like I'm doing him a disservice by not mentioning it to him, man to man. I feel like my mother is allowing this because she is using him to fill some kind of emotional hole in her own life and my brother is reverting back to some weird clingyness that has to stop, imo.
There obviously isn't anything wrong with spending time together, but it's becoming bizarre. I have made complaints time and time again to trusted friends about how uncomfortable my mother's nightly attire makes me, she basically walks around the house at night in a long tee shirt and underwear underneath, which is vomit inducing enough as it is, but to know my brother is perfectly comfortable in the same bed as that is even more disgusting. Sometimes I feel like I'm crazy for thinking this is crazy, but this whole living situation is making me prioritize my own independence because this is just not it for me.
My brother holds down a decent job but he smokes weed every night and even though he is in therapy and taking Lexapro for his depression I don't think it's helping. I'm not sure what he's telling his therapist but I can't imagine her signing off on this behavior at all. Please give me some advice and keep the incest jokes to a minimum if possible, thanks y'all.
TLDR: My pothead lexapro taking depressed little brother is falling asleep in our mom's bed every night after their TV show watching and my mother is letting it happen because she is filling some weird emotional hole that's their from 15 years of never dating and it's making me want to crawl out of my skin. What do I do.
