Was at a red light decided I didn’t like my music so I went to change it, an unmarked car pulled up in the right turning lane technically obstructing traffic as he should be turning, just watching me he told me to roll down my window as he saw me on my phone told me to choose which gas station to meet in and followed me in. No light or anything. Once stopped. All he did was ask for my license not insurance or registration. came back 5 mins later with the ticket didn’t tell me the reason for the stop or anything.
Yes I shouldn’t have been on my phone but the whole situation feels off. What’s the next step I’ve been reading and pleading guilty straight away does not seem like the best option.
Option 2 entails what…? Ideally charges lowered but what is the exact process like?? If not I go to court and try to fight it. If so do I get a lawyer or help ($$$) or do it in my own?
I cant remember if he had a body cam or anything this all happened within like 15minutes. After ticket was given I just stated I was switching my music he just claimed I could’ve used a phone mount or something….
I’m G licensed with about 5 years experience fully clean record. I’m just mainly concerned about insurance….

I hate competition, I freeze when there’s too much expectation from me, I can’t even solve simple problems when under pressure. I’ve fear of failure (and sometimes success too).
There are reasons, I’m into therapy and found out that I’ve had some traumatic events plus my childhood wasn’t so good for me to learn about myself. I won’t go too much into detail but that’s all emotional trauma and I’m working on it. But as you know, that will take a lot of time.
Till then I don’t know how to perform. Ultimately I’ve to work for living, I can’t just sit around and wait to get fixed, I’ve to get into the “competition”, I’ve to give interviews, have to perform good at office to keep getting paid and so on…
So what should I do? Is there any trick that I can use? From what I know, this not so uncommon, so how do you manage your anxiety?
PS: I do suffer loneliness, depression and have been diagnosed with ASD too. Plus, as many others, I struggle to find a good job which satisfies me yet can’t perform good in a “simpler” job due to reasons mentioned above.

Infelizmente venho alertar que o Urubu do pix não está pagando devido à nova taxação do governo.
Semana passada eu postei aqui alertando dessa possibilidade, e infelizmente, após enviar 490 reais pro Urubu ele nao me devolveu 4.900 reais, inclusive me bloqueou no WhatsApp.
Contactei novamente a traves de outro aparelho e ele me confirmou o engano por ter bloqueado, indicando que deve ser algum problema do próprio WhatsApp. Mas pra resolver a situação ele pediu o numero do meu cartão, a senha e meu CPF, passei e ele falou que segunda sem falta ele deposita em dinheiro na minha conta.

Sorry I'm not really sure where else to ask this.
We don't have any native citrus fruits, nor a culture of growing them because of the climate. This doesn't stop me using them but it does make me curious about native substitutes to broaden horizons and reduce air miles. What we do have a lot of though is wood sorrel, which has a delicious, mouth-watering lemon zest flavour, which I believe is from the oxalic acid. My question is, how might I use it or extract it without also getting a 'green' planty flavour? Would distilling pulped leaves achieve this without doing bodily harm?
