2025.01.19 11:13 NerveJump625 ULPT Request: Bank account got hacked. Bank refuses to help but I have the name and account number of the hacker.
My bank account got hacked and a full month's salary was taken. My first salary after a long fight with with unemployment.
They got in by hacking into my online account, changing the registered mobile number therefore effectively changing the number that will receive OTPs. I just had that account for 2 weeks and it would be my first account with that bank ever in my life. I've only ever logged into my account once and that is it to activate it for payroll and I did so in the safety on my room with no one around.
My phone is clean - I had it checked - so it wasn't a hack via my phone. I've never opened the site on my work laptop (I don't have a personal one). The banking staff verbally admitted that this was an advanced form of hacking and may have possibly been an inside job.
I've filed the necessary paperwork with the bank and the relevant government offices but it's been months and nothing. Even our cybercrime unit has been useless. And the bank has now blocked me from using their services because I kept harassing them (I was very professional and all within the confines of the law) to give me a solution.
The only clue I have to go on is the first and last name of the account holder where my money was transferred to and the full account number. The bank says there's nothing they can do due to "privacy laws".
Is there a way to track down the owner of the account and siphon my money back?

What could it be? I'm thinking GPU related problem but i have no way of testing it. Specs: MSI gaming plus z370 i5 8600 RX 7700XT EVGA PSU 650W gold plus Ram 16gb 3600hz corsair
Games on which it happens: Tarkov, Sons of The forest, hell let lose.
Temp are absoluty normal when the crash happens, gpu si about 60-70 and cpu about 50-60 celsius.
I've tried:
- Reinstalling latest drivers using DDU
- Downgrading to an older driver
- undervolting GPU
- undervolting CPU

Since recently, I'm unable to use a resolution of 3840x2160 on my external monitor with my Pro 2020 (M1). The highest resolution on an external monitor now possible is 2560x1440. Refresh rate is at 60Hz. Connected through USB-C. Researched the release notes and the supported monitor settings at Apple website, no results
Anybody else have this issue?
